these guys are very bad
they say they will give a whitelist of sites, but I have to email it to them, then they add some, but if I forgot some and email it later, they say they only do it if you come into the office, even though they just did it. And sometimes they can add sites remotely anyways, but when I call in to the "customer service"
they say again that they only do it in the office, but another agent over email keeps doing it sometimes remotely, at one point I needed to get into my banking websites where all of my money was, and I kept emailing for days with no response
then I wanted to remove the filter entirely, same thing
on the email they said they can do it remotely, but then for some reason they didn't, and kept ignoring my emails
when I called the office, they said they only remove filters in the office
then finally after pressuring them, they said if I reset my device, it removes the filter, but they didn't tell me how to, so I had to google it [on another device, because google was blocked] and finally now the filter is removed
overall, very bad customer service
also, originally they charged me $40 for the chrome enterprise, but when they charged it they charged it on my account as a "donation", I'm guessing to remove themselves from liability
also the office agent said I was supposed to have received a bunch of paperwork to fill out, but when a guy [BY Kahn] from this williamsburg TAG office but the filter on, in a van, he didn't give me any paperwork or anything
All ways here to help you! Only one guy there with a bad attitude, the rest are amazing!
Fabulous experience. Great service and attending to your filtering needs at every step.
It's not just a faltering org.they are there to help everyone to use technology on the right way!
After several years having a gentech account, Tag Williamsburg ADDED THEMSELVES to my account. As crazy as it sounds. When I asked they should be removed, I was told to call them directly. But funny enough, they have no working number. Everything is forwarded to gentech. So I had to travel all across town to ask them permission to remove them. I’ll update what they said after I talk to them
