Tai Chi Bubble Tea, Rochester NY

Great place to go and grab drinks. The food is also great! Really enjoy the “Sushi Burrito”. Atmosphere is encourages hanging out and is welcoming.

Takes me back to China Town in NYC! Minus the smell of rotting fish and walking shoulder to shoulder! Tai Chi has excellent bubble tea and the food is pretty good. If you want to try something different order the lychee fruit tea, Absolutely refreshing. The noodle bowl is delicious and the sushi burrito is also very good. Ingredients are fresh and each one is made to order. Prices are a little high but for the most part worth it.

They have the best chi bubble tea. I have tried this place before. But When I went there last time they didn’t have seeds. Which is very unfortunate.

Very very very slow service…. Came in for 1 drink, took 20 minutes to make its unbelievable, got like 5 employees working slower than turtles

We come here to get different tea, mostly green. My husband likes the black strawberry with tapioca Pearl's. I love the mango green tea with strawberry Pearl's. The kids love the smoothies. Fresh food boxes made to order, great atmosphere for kids.

Their food is always well prepared and somewhat timely. I ordered the spicy miso ramen noodles with pork - definitely recommend.

Biggest drawback for me has been timeliness.

Food is excellent, and they are busy busy. Service tends to be slow because of this. Should have a separate line for picking up prepaid takeout orders.

My goodness. I've always loved their teas and slashes, but their new rice bowls? Absolutely amazing. It's not super authentic but the pork and beef are soooooo tender. The Ramen is always a great choice as well. And the macarons are delicious. Ambience is great. Will definitely return ")

Get the POKEMAZING and you will be in culinary heaven. It doesn't even make sense that 15 ingredients slammed into a bowl should be so good.

This is my favorite place to get Bubble Tea in Rochester. The seating place is very pleasant. There are board games to play as well. If you are looking to have some good bubble tea and also spend sometime playing board games, i would recommend this place. Usually a little busy because of its popularity.

The service was great, establishment has a great ambiance to eat in or take out. If you like boba tea, this is the place for you.

The chocolate boba tea was good but the jasmine milk tea lacked a solid jasmine taste, but that's besides the point. I lost my debit card there and called them 20 minutes later and they were like yeah we found it and we tried to find you on Facebook, which is, like why are you trying to find my Facebook? And then they were like we couldn't find you so we cut it up. Like HELLO why would you cut up my debit card at least hold it until closing. They then claimed that they were doing what they thought was best for me so no one could take advantage. Like?

I just wanted some boba tea for Eid and now Im down a whole debit card and like $5

I love this place so much! I'm not a resident in rochester but I visit rochester frequently. I always make it a mission to come here at minimal 2x per visit.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their online/delivery order. Something is always missing when I order online, even to pick it up. Other than that issue, this place is amazing. This location and the collegetown location.

Absolutely awful service, served multiple customers who came in after me and received their food/drinks before I got anything and I ordered ahead online. Ordered ahead with a scheduled pickup and still showed up and waited 20+ minutes for drinks, meanwhile 5 or 6 drinks for customers who arrived and ordered after were filled.

This is the only location that does Uber eats. They process quickly, and when you arrive they start to prepare the order. Takes over an hour. Once try is enough. Nothing worth an hour wait.

Love the boba here. My goto drink is the Passion fruit green tea. They make one of the best drinks. Everything is worth trying. Very decent pricing as well. The tapioca is also one of the best in the area. Chewy, sweet and fresh!

It's like Chipotle for sushi. Always fresh and amazing. And I am newly in love with fruit bubble tea. The Henrietta location is the best one.

I usually go to the Tai Chi at College Town on Mt. Hope Avenue in Rochester, NY. This time we ventured out to the one in Henrietta. The place was not up to par as the others we've gone to. It seemed like it was just thrown together with picture frames with the pics of the food (so not classy). The vents above were dirty which means that stuff is floating around and could possibly fall in your food. The owners need to do a better job of paying attention to the details and dust. The place is smaller than the ones, ive gone to. I ordered the sushi burrito and the green tea milk which is usually green mine was a light orange. As much as I love Tai Chi I would not visit the one in Henrietta again!

Products are amazing, but the wait excessive. 45 min on 2 drinks. The lady in front of me almost an hour. Hire more staff.
