8Very very very average food. Falafel was cold. No meat at this location because it’s kosher.okay so then get kosher meat… the photos show tables outside but there are no tables. A hair in my boyfriends food. For the cost, it’s a 1.
I’ve been in NY 10 days and I’ve eaten here 4 times!? Quality ingredients, exceptional hummus and wonderful variety of exciting vege options… can’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff always seem a little stressed so it actually might be better for all involved to use the app to click and collect etc.
Love the cauliflower and beetroot combination. Costs ~$15. The bowl has good quantity and amazing flavors.
I used to love this place. The quality control has definitely slipped. Once again getting another room temperature/cold falafel in person. I specifically said I would wait for a hot fresh one at the cashier looked at me like a deer in the headlights and gave me what was easiest. This is what happens when good places get lazy. Probably never coming back.
Terrible service.waited 30 mins for a simple pita along with other in store customers.maybe prioritize in person orders before deliveries.didnt even ask for a refund given the incompetent staff.
Excellently done and very fresh falafel, in herb and harissa styles, and fries, which were shoestring (I prefer thicker fries so would not reorder though they were very tasty). Pita was fluffy and plate style was plenty of food. A bit pricier than I'd expect, but prices are going up everywhere, so I'd say the price is fair. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try their Sabich, a favorite of mine, but will be coming back to try that.
Horrible service and mediocre food. The fries which I paid for were not included in the order. Called and the staff was aware that the fries were not included since they had run out. Did not receive a courtesy call to let me know ahead of time and still got charged for the fries.
