Taj Mahal reviews
8I enjoyed this restaurant, the food and dessert are delicious. I love the service and it was extra special with my beautiful sister who I love. Thank you
The lamb korma is good some fatty parts but the sauce is excellent. As for the chicks tikka masala gravy was very watery and bland and needs more flavor. Hit and miss with food items but overall good. Just a bit expensive for the paneer Tikka masala less cream more tomato bland.
Great place been going there for past 23 years. Now it is under new management food is good and service is good too
Save your money and eat elsewhere!
First, the restaurant was empty when we arrived around 3: 15pm. That should have been the first red flag but I ignored it. Regrettably, we were hungry so we sat down and ordered against my better judgment. I should have followed my intuition.
It is important to note that I eat this type of food on a regular basis. Therefore, I know what good Indian tastes like.
My Lamb Saag was the worst that I’ve ever tasted. Not only was it runny but it lacked any depth of flavor. After eating two spoonfuls, I couldn’t eat any more.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was mediocre at best and the sauce somehow didn’t look smooth and creamy.
To say that this place was disappointing, would not be an exaggeration.
There is a reason why this restaurant was empty. Simply put, the food is substandard. Take your hard earned money to an establishment that deserves it.
First red flag was when we came here at 1: 00pm the place is just EMPTY.the service here is TRASH, the food is okay, underwhelmed when it comes to flavor and the authenticity of the food, and unprofessional. When we sat down we asked what was there recommended food, as “foodies” we try to follow the restos recommendation but the guy just said “oh just look at the menu and read it”… like really? Thats how u treat your customer? Second when the waiter here in the picture was trying to pour us some water, He just splashed it and it didnt even bother. The way he serves the food is like he’s annoyed. The food however is okay. Alot less spicy than we expected, a LOT less flavorful than we expected. The mango lassie was overriped. I suggest you take your hard earned money somewhere else. They dont deserve the 1 star.more like zero. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Great staff very attentive, food was delicious and prices were very very reasonable. Would go back sorry no pictures of the food but good presentation. We had the Lamb Vindaloo it is spicy and the Lamb Bhona was deliciously seasoned. The garlic bread was baked to perfection.
Ive been going to this restaurant for years.
I always stick to what i know but i think the place needs a little updating. Management appears to have changed but i have no complaints.
Great Indian Food!
