My first and only experience with Dr. Wakefield was nothing short of cold and terrible. I was really excited to come to this office as it was highly recommended and it was really clean, but my visit soon turned uncomfortable the second I encountered
this doctor I feel like many other comments about her bedside manner are accurate she’s cold and not so pleasant. I hope that may be today. She just had a bad day but sadly it looks like a lot of her days are like that I will return to the office, but I hope to never deal to with her again.

Dr Wakefield is hands down the best ENT specialists I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Years ago when I was having ear pain she was smart enough to know it was coming from TMJ and I was able to fix the problem. That’s a real doctor that thinks, and cares. Thank you Dr you have a patient for life. Great doctor all around, sweet, caring, professional, and very thorough without asking.

Dr. Wakefield is an amazing doctor. She is very smart and she is amazing with both children and adults! My daughter’s been going to Dr. Wakefield since she was an infant. I highly recommend her!

It's clear that many comments here have a common denominator if this doctor being unprofessional in regards to how she treats her patients. She has a terrible bedside manner and does not seem to take pt's chief complaint seriously.
She was convinced symptoms were due to COVID but still prescribed Augmentin. Doesn't make sense clinically.

Terrible bedside manner + illogical medicine = Bad doctor. Stay away.

Dr. Wakefield is professional and thorough. As a patient, I am sure that I was asked all the right questions and given the best care.

Her bedside manner is horrible. She came into the room with an attitude towards me and was rude. She looked as though she was annoyed before she even approached me! I had a middle ear infection and was in a lot of pain/discomfort. She was more fixated on me getting a COVID test, even though I told her that I had tested the day prior and was negative, fully vaxxed on top of that, and had no exposure. When I brought up that I had a flight at the end of the week and was concerned of a rupture, she shrugged her shoulders, said it might happen and told me to go get COVID tested at urgent care. Ultimately, she prescribed me a different antibiotic than what I was talking and told me to come back in two weeks for a checkup. I left the office crying because of how dismissive and unhelpful she was to me. Will not go to her or recommend her to anyone. Made an appt to one of the other drs at the clinic. If a doc doesn’t make you feel welcome when you’re vulnerable, then he/she shouldn’t be your doc.

Dr. Wakefield is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is very patient and her bedside manner is amazing. The staff is also great

I usually see Dr. Alan at this office however he didn’t have an appointment soon so I scheduled one with Dr. Wakefield. Her bedside manner is something I never experienced before. From the moment she walked in she seemed annoyed. She also performed a nasal endoscopy without even asking to use the numbing spray. I have never been in such a pain in my life. At the end she was unable to tell me what was going on other than to do some blood work cause it might be a bone issue. Didn’t even consider a scan of my nose, nothing. Honestly after that torturous endoscopy all I wanted to do was to leave. I have never been treated like this by a dr. I love this office and I have come a few times. Never again will I see dr. Wakefield. I am looking to make an appointment with another dr. The front desk ladies and gentlemen are wonderful people. Dr. Wakefield you are in the wrong profession. I cried for two hours after from the pain after the nasal endoscopy and I am still so sore.

I highly recommend Dr. Wakefield if you want someone who is caring and is very concerned to your needs

Dr Wakefield has terrible bed side manner, did not explain things from beginning. She recommended some medicine and told me that I should see results in 2 weeks which I did not. I called the office for questions on results, which then set up an appointment and she was not informative and was told why I was coming back to see her when it was her office who setup the appt. From first and second appointment I was told to see her in a month. When my month appointment came up, she nor her office had a clue to why I was coming back. I walked out of the office and went to a different ENT. The only nice thing about this office are the front desk which seem pretty nice, the office which seems pretty clean and the allergist. I may go back for the Allergist but not to see Dr Wakefield. As a patient it is key the patient and doctor could communicate each other and trust the doctor. If she is better to deal with children then the Doctor's office is doing a disservice by having her deal with adults.

First time visit. This doctor really rude she not friendly so unprofessional, rushing, judging people. I had a bad experience asked unnecessary questions, my daughter doesn’t have to go back there thank God

The provider was respectful of my time and extremely knowledgable. Was willing to hear everthing I had to say and made sure I didn't leave with unanswered questions.

Great medical office, everyone is warm and helpful. Uncrowded and clean with minimal wait.

Dr Tamekia Wakefield is an excellent physician. She helped me in a very precarious situation after several other doctors failed. She explained everything in terms I understood and has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Wakefield was very knowledgeable, & made my ear cleaning experience as easy possible. When I first got there I was nervous but from the moment I stepped into Dr. Wakefield’s office she lightened the mood, and let me know the process step by step. Before I knew it the procedure was over. Not at all what I was expecting, no pain what so ever. I will definitely recommend her to my family, & friends.

Dr. Wakefield is very attentive and thorough. I saw her several times for loss of smell likely due to covid and she worked with me to try and find a solution. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. While there isn’t a lot of research about smell loss in general, she was up-to-date on all of the research available and used that information to best help me and provide me with reassurance. The office itself took covid precautions seriously, and I very rarely had to wait long to see her. I was usually in and out in less than an hour, making it possible for me to go during my lunch break. Should the need arise, I would definitely see dr. Wakefield again. And of course would recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Wakefield is very professional and makes her patients feel comfortable. Office is very clean and staff are friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I visited Dr. T. Wakefield today and had a great experience! She was on time which can be unheard of as a patient while waiting for your doctor during visits. She was efficient with the ear, nose, and throat routine checks and reminded me of the skin condition that I have (eczema) and how to treat it within my ear canal. I will see Dr. Wakefield again and if I hear anyone in need of and ENT Doctor, she’s at the top of my mind.

I have been going to Dr. Wakefield for years. She is an incredible doctor. Dr. Wakefield has impeccable bedside manners which is extremely important to me. I had health concerns besides what I went to see Dr. Wakefield about. She is so knowledgeable about every part of the body, and she will share her expertise. She is the best!

Absolutely amazing care! We love Dr. Wakefield! She is the absolutely best and we feel so lucky to have her as our ENT for our daughter. She is so thorough and really takes the time to answer every question and to make sure her explanations are clear for us. We are so very grateful for her and all she has done for us!
