Tammy Perison, DDS, West Seneca NY

Been going here since I was a kid, always a good experience! I am often working with Dr. Perison, Barb, and Katie, but the entire team is very welcoming! Also, the service dog Buddy makes it way easier, he sits on your lap during your appointment if you want:) Recently finished Invisalign and I have never been happier with my teeth!

Had my first visit at your office, It was a very inviting atmosphere right from the decorations in the waiting area, and all the staff is extremely friendly. They make you feel welcome. Patty went over and above to make sure I was ok during the cleaning process. Dr. Riexinger was informative and thorough. It was probably the most extensive and efficient exam I've ever had. I would highly recommend this office to my friends.

Dr Perison and staff are warm and welcoming. They do a terrific job, and I am never uncomfortable or in pain. Great Dentistry.

If you need dental implants see a specialist, don't see Perison. Foolishly, she inserted bone graft material in an infected sight and this caused intense pain.

I originally left Dr. Perison a 5 star review after I had my first appointment to get my root canal done. Everything was great, except the fact my bite was off and it took multiple visits to get it right (6 to be exact)
After that I had another appointment to get fillings done, I believe it was 5-6 fillings total, a couple weeks go by and again I’m in throbbing aching pain, loosing sleep, can barely eat so I make a call and they tell me to come in it’s probably my bite being off again, I came in & they adjusted my bite, few days go by still in extreme pain, long story short I go back 4 times. The last time I brought up the fact my gums were swelling and I was still in throbbing pain, extreme sensitivity I was thinking I had an infection and hoped they would do X-rays, Dr perison came in, checkeck my bite, asked me what tooth hurts which I told her and she replied “I never did work on that tooth” and seemed to get very flustered after that, she left me off saying I just have very sensitive teeth and need to wait it out it could take months to a year. I explained multiple times this isn’t “sensitivity this is pain” and it’s ruining my life. So I left that appointment with no X-rays being done, no checking for infection, etc.
This past week my gums have gotten more swollen I’ve had more pain and decided to take the day to get a second opinion at another dental office, within ten minutes & one X-ray later they discovered the tooth that I felt pain on and Dr. Perison said she didn’t do work on (she did) the filling was to close to my nerve and I currently do have an infection and now I need to get a root canal done and put on antibiotics.
It has been two months since I’ve had these fillings, two months of pain, 4 additional visits telling them something is wrong and nothing being done about it and now I need to pay even more money to get a root canal & crown because she messed up.

I am beside myself at how rude and disrespectful her daughter Katie is to patients as they are questioning why they were billed for the same service their insurance company just paid it's in dispute and she continues to charge late fees until rectified. Erica was very helpful and pleasant. I recommend checking all charges billed to you.

If you're looking to spend alot of money to go through the most excruciating pain as possible, this is the place for you! 2 girls that had no idea what they were doing and made the experience completely miserable

Suzanne was phenomenal and I really appreciate her taking the extra time to show me my receding gums and provide a solution! Dr. Perison was confident, kind, and provided insight with a smile! I loved everyone at the front office, Katie was awesome and I can always tell how an office is run by the front office and she manages it super well!

I found Dr Perison after having some bad dentist experiences in the past. At Dr Perisons office, everyone was professional and kind, and always told me what they were doing.
