Tandoori Grill: A Restaurant in Lake George

This place is the worst of the worst, food is disgusting, they give you everything in plastic bowl and with disposable plates, really not sure how this so called Resturant is still in business, and food is expensive

Unfortunately it was a super cold day, and service wasn't able to be what it normally would be. The staff was very friendly and did the best they were able to. I look forward to things returning to what made this place somewhere I want to return to

Surprisingly, the restaurant was open on Monday, lucky me as I was starving and couldn't ask for more. I was the only customer at the restaurant. Only take away option was available at this time due to off-season.
Paneer Butter Masala was reasonably good but the BULLET NAN is NOTEWORTHY.

We went to this restaurant during our stay for fall trip. We ordered chicken karahi and chicken tikka masala with naan. Chicken karahi was rotten with 50% oil in it. May be they used oil to suppress the rotten smell. Naan was very thick roti type. Not upto standard.

We ordered chicken Karahi the taste was good but on the other hand the chicken tandoori was not fully cooked they took a lot of time n came with half cooked chicken, it’s a lot expensive. U will get one person serving in such a high amount.

Disappointed.we ordered two Peshawari naan for take away but they gave one and they billed two.

Worst place ever with no customer service and horrible food if there was a negative star I would have given

Worst quality samosa. Felt like leftover potatoes were mash with exceptionally high amount of green chilli's. That's not how somosa is made

This place is a scam! Don’t even consider this restaurant. They disrespect all customers and they are incredibly rude. They make you pay for everything including water and they are expensive. The food tastes really bad and oily. Please look somewhere else.

Save your money customers, will never ever come to this place. Worst experience of my life.

My 37 year life. Number 1 Worse food i eat today. Food taste was horrible. I order tandoori chicken & chicken karahhi. Chicken tandoori was bad Smell looking old Refrigerator food just thay Warm Microwave. Also chicken karahhi taste like 1or 2 days old. This restaurant food when people eating they giving Asian food is bad but Reality Asian food not like that. They never learn how to cook Asian food. Shame of them they make Asian food

We went here despite the low stars because my hubby said he was craving Indian food and we were pleasantly surprised! I have no idea why people have rated this wonderful restaurant so poorly. I am Indian and hubby, is American and we both loved the food! We ordered samosa, pakora, chhole and chicken tikka masala and 7/10 spice level. Every dish was delicious. It is a take-out place as they don’t have wait staff and so we just took our food and sat in their cozy, breezy outdoor seating area. Everything was hot, freshly made, delicious and tasted like homemade food. It is not ok to give a restaurant low ratings and one star over one issue. So glad we ignored the low stars and went here.

The only Pakistani Restaurant within 100 miles of us, liked the food and the owners are super friendly. The only qualm I have is that they serve in containers and paper plates rather than proper plates and dishes. It just takes something out of the experience.

Horrible! Restaurant is empty but the Pakistani lady Humaira at the front was on the phone with a call when she has customers waiting front of her! This white dude comes with heavy accent name aryan but he’s White! His voice and his accent you can’t understand and rude. As if we are doing them a favor for dining at their restaurant. Also they don’t have wait service. You order at front and wait! Then you go pick up the food which they give you to go. I guess pandemic hit them hard. One of the item was bad. The keema in naan was spoiled. It smelled and they weren’t too happy about it. We should have walked out.
They didn’t thank us or anything. But with this kind of attitude I’m sure next time I go they will be out of business.

Not good. Stay away. I have a question for my dear Pakistani brother, would you eat your own food? I know your answer is NO. I won't even give this food to a Cat. Why did you serve such a low quality food? Why? BAY SHARAM!

Halal food is very scarce in lake George. We drove around a bit and found this place. The food was disgusting. We were served rotten food. I showed the food to the man at the register and he said “ that’s not rotten. That salad is good. I would eat it. ” We ended up walking out leaving the food untouched because they were unwilling to do anything about the food, expecting us to feed our children rotten food. Their attitude is just as disgusting as their food. We ended up at a seafood restaurant and later at a pizzaria. Save yourself the trouble and your money.
