Department Store Target reviews
21Very easy. The young man at the counter went the extra step in wrapping the bowls in paper so they wouldn't break.
If it weren't for the fact that it's incredibly hot in the store it might be enjoyable to take long shopping trips at this location.
This Target has a pretty neat 2-story layout. Only stopped by to purchase a few drinks and some Aleve (had been doing some sightseeing on foot all morning) so I can’t speak on the prices of other things, but what I did buy was pretty much in line price-wise with other Targets I’ve shopped at.
The team members were more than happy to help me find what I needed. Restrooms were also nice and clean.
Had a very pleasant experience shopping here!
They never have carts or baskets to shop. Most items are put of stock. It’s like they only order S and XXL in all the clothes. Forget about getting help from the associates.
Not much to say about this place. Small and when you go further down into the store you eventually lose cell phone service so good luck talking to anyone if you're looking to discuss what you're buying while there.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I called for the attention of two cashiers who were chatting, unoccupied, behind the counter and one of them looked at me and said “gimme a minute. ” He then continued to talk to his coworker so I walked out because I have no tolerance or patience for people who prefer to chat at work then help a customer. I only had a small question too. I go to school around this Target and would rather walk a block away or two to a different store!
This is my nearest target from where i live in the city but, The company has been building new Ones around manhattan that I haven't been to or haven't open up yet. I dislike the small targets because now, I got to travel to a regular target just to find what i need so what the point of building a small one if I can't find what I am looking for. I am hoping that one of the new ones that haven't open up yet are regular size or super one.
The staff is wonderful. They drop what they are doing and give you assistance in a welcoming, friendly and kind manner.
Horrific online service, wish I could give 0 stars
Did a $200 order which was shipped in 25 separate packages over the course of a week! What the heck? ! HORRIBLE
If you happen to live in Jersey, don’t use this Target. It’s a nice store, but the prices here are higher than NJ, so shop across the river or on-line!
I love the store I just hate the staff that work there I usually go to the one in the Bronx terminal market but choose to go to this one because it's closer to my job.the staff is so rude to me each time I go.whether it's walking through and getting smacked in the face by the employees hair, or me kindly asking another if they could reach only one item for me it's not as if I asked where it was and I did not wanna pull things down to get to it the employee just glared at me like he didn't understand made no attempt to answer me he went yanked it off the shelf and just continues to glare at me as I walked away and another yelling at me that i obviously cant see beecause I asked where the batteries were, also through the self check out line having my basket yanked even though I'm kindly putting it back, just too many bad experiences I rather give the sales to the one by my house.
I got this at target I love how i can just get up and go to target without having to go far since there is good staff/workers
Very convenient store. It has drug department, clothing, baby care etc.even though the area of the shop is not so big, i have spent there more than 3 hours and found almost everything that i needed.
A small Target in downtown. I can't believe they have everything I need. Plus they have a nice CVS inside. I got my grocery and my flu shot from the CVS. All the people are friendly and helpful.
Despite being a big box retailer, it maintains a small physical footprint in the neighborhood. I come here for pantry, snacks, and kitchen needs that are priced like the the suburbs). The small toy section is just enough to keep the kids sanity while with me on errands. Check out their tiny clearance areas for the occasional hidden gem at a great price.
It's quite nice Target and is quite clean. Don't expect a full supply of things though, need to go to the upper east side one for sthng like that.
Was never a fan of Target in the first place but one answers the phone and they keep you on hold for ten minutes not helpful.
Selection here was def amazing.they have so many cozy things most of the time available only online at other stores.
Smaller than most and doesnt have everything you’ll need but will do the trick in a pinch. Couldnt find butt wipes or an electric kettle
It's a pretty large space for a Target in Manhattan but without some of the selection. They do have clothing for men, women, and children here as well as produce, so if you need something quick and cheap it's a good chance you can stop by this Target.
