Department Store Target reviews
15One of the few full size targets within the city, but its VERY crowded. Staff tries their best but is overworked. Parking garage in good has very reasonable pricing.
Great store Love shopping at target, Great clothing and home décor, helpful customer service my favorite target in queens.
Make sure to look over how much they're charging you when they scan the item. The prices in store can sometimes exceed what's listed on the website. If you go back next time for a price adjustment, they will NOT allow you to get your change due.
Ease of transaction
The DRIVE-UP service is amazingly simple to navigate through and super convenient. Shop at home and everything is delivered to your car when you arrive.
In my experience, despite being centralized to a populated area, this Target is more well suited to people from outside of the area. Like me, it at times tries to be something it isn't. As far as concrete facts go, the biggest sign of this is that you can't order an order for pickup or even order this store's items for delivery to the home if you live nearby. I am not only speaking for myself when I say that but for other people nearby I've compared experiences with. I've had good and bad experiences with the people working here, but making an I statement, I have decided to only shop at stores that don't have a reputation for attracting people from all over Queens as I just want to relax and get my shopping done and don't care to listen to people talk at the top of their lungs about their personal life! I wish the people working here well in the future, and if need be I do hope that Target would consider hiring more workers to lessen the stress.
Fifteen minutes before closing walk in to get a gift bag and they have the upstairs closed off so no one else can go upstairs. Elevators blocked and escalator to go up blocked. I asked someone if I could run up and get the ONE gift bag, and was told no. It would have taken me a total of five minutes in the store. I understand wanting to get home on a Friday night, but this is ridiculous.
I've worked retail and understand, but come on.
Really great store, my favorite sections are the electronics, and snack section. But this store has so much to choose from, for the whole family.
The baby section is great for mom and dads with new a baby. Plus the staff is really nice an courteous.
Don't forget this is a really clean store.with rest rooms, and you have star bucks, an a pharmacy like most of the target stores.
From baby formula to clothes, me and my family shop at target often, this particular one is good for families who can't make it out to long island, or to one of the other ones far out in queens.
Very large department store with everything which you will need at good bargain prices. This Target Store is in a great neighbourhood. The store is clean and quiet. Staff members are always pricing items and stocking shelves. They are also very helpful. There are two check-out lines. One leads to check-out machines and the other leads to cashiers. Free Wi-Fi is available. Bags are available at check-out points for a small fee.
This target has the worst cart system ever. None of the carts can leave the store. We bought over $200 worth of groceries so the cart was overfilled with items. This location does not allow the carts to go into the parking lot, so we had to carry our bags to our car. We used to hold target in such high regard but after today we are very disappointed.
Disgustingly dirty! No control over masks! No social distancing! Very unpleasant! The worst shopping experience!
Very disappointed!
I've been a customer at Target for years and it's such a great shopping experience. They need few improvements especially in keeping things moving faster (Its NYC After all). But overall a store I recommend if you need to but many items and do not want to spend a fortune.
Target is the best place that you can shop at. The staff there are friendly and the place is clean. Target has a variety of items that you can shop including, pets, clothes, food, games (sports), houseware and more. This place is huge, everything you need is right at Target. Shopping at Target is great you don’t have to wait a lot in line, and the service is great. I shop there like every day now, because I know I can always rely on Target. So don’t wait and shop at Target.com and get great deals and you can save more money than you had expected.
It’s messy, hard to find things, bad, unhappy, it’s wasted two hours that I can’t buy things, and I have to pay for parking
Great place to go shopping for what you need or if you just want to get out the house and walk around a store. The store is very clean and there’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside.
