17The dirtiest, most disorganized, mess of a Target store second only to the Spring Valley dirty store. The worst experience. I have done several surveys over time to inform them of the mess, but all they say is sorry, but never correct the problems.
Everything was there waiting for me. No wait time but I went in the evening around 7: 30 pm. Person behind the desk seemed to know what he was doing but wouldn't let me make an exchange. I had to take the items, find the replacements myself, than make the exchange. No biggy, but it would have been better if the store personal helped my find what I needed.
The drive up used to be great during Covid but now they don’t even have the correct order half the time and today there aren’t even the numbered signs for the parking spaces. The store is slightly less messy than it used to be but it still looks like a dump most days, especially on the nights and weekends. The cashiers are usually very nice though.
Considering the holidays the store was clean and organized. The cashier was so kind. He was very outgoing making the experience better.
I love shopping at target for all of my family’s needs. The variety of merchandise and reasonable prices make it my one stop shopping spot.

Literally worst target ever! I went there today and bought some pimple patches and on the car, I looked at the receipt and realized that they charged me for three patches even though I only scanned it once obviously there’s something wrong with the scanning machine, so I called the department for target and I asked them if there was a way I can like prove to them to get my money back and they just ignored me and none of them answered and then when I finally got someone, they literally just hung up on me and did not even say anything. I said well I was there. I a really nice shirt and when I picked it up, it was a cockroach inside and it was still alive!
I received a notification from my bank that someone used my card to make a purchase at this location. I called them to cancel it and explain that its fraud. Several departments hung up on me because “it wasnt there department” instead of transferring me to the right one. I called corporate and they were unable to help either. Sent me a confirmation e mail just to confirm they couldn’t help me. Now the purchase went through and its going to take forever to get that money back. You have to be useless and incompetent and have the worst customer service to work at target of nyack. Also target doesn't have a system in place to protect you against fraud. They tell you to take it up with your bank. Even if the charge is pending.
Made an appointment with a technician there for last friday for a quick sim card fix, we came on time and whoever the technician was decided simply not to show up, whole 30 minute trip to go and come back all for nothing. Very unprofessional.
Very quiet in the morning. Lots of young people working hard. No wait time. Pick up order was a breeze. Shoppers and employees are very friendly
I needed gorilla glue, a baby pacifier, and a casual dress. That's an odd combination, yet I was able to get what I needed and purchased some toys as well!
I DO NOT bother trying curbside pickup at Clarkstoen Target!
recently broke my knee and I’m on crutches so I cannot really shop and have been doing a combo of delivery and pick-up. I followed the steps, waited 45 mins, kept calling the store - no one answered any line, and finally huffed it into store on crutches to find out where my order was, only to find out it was cancelled while I was waiting.
When I got inside saw lots of employees mulling around. HORRIBLE SERVICE
They don’t keep all the dressing rooms open. Spent 30 mins waiting to try on clothes. Wild.
Love the drive up service and the new layout of the store. Always clean, great variety of products and friendly, professional staff especially the pharmacist.
I am a long time customer at the Palisades Target store, but I will unfortunately have to start taking my business elsewhere after I experienced one of your managers who I've found to be named Kemick was blasting highly inappropriate music in the toy section shortly after the store opened. I had my young children with me and I was shocked and disturbed to hear such vulgarity coming from a department meant for children. I think that behavior is completely inexcusable and neither me nor any of my family or friends will be coming back. Shame on you Target.
The employees at this location (and the other Rockland store, actually) are exceptionally helpful and friendly.
I made an online pick up order here during a camping trip. Although 1 item I ordered said it was in stock but was then told it wasn't via email, when I went into the store itself I found that item.
Kira at the in store pick up was EXCELLENT. She was kind, courteous, and helpful. She walked me through everything patiently to complete my order.
