Department Store Target reviews
17This a review for target online and in store. Very easy to order on line. View and compare items. Easy to return items at the store as they didn't fit, but ended up buying other items at the store.
We go here all the time the location is convenient, close to the subway and great for last min shopping, however the staff have too much free time on their hands because while at checkout on tues the employees were playing and throwing and a bandaid box like item hit my 6yr old daughter!
No one helped me or said hi, the workers were rude and almost hit us and didn’t say excuse me or sorry. Only one cashier, no good variety of products. Wouldn’t recommend this target
This Target is a mini store. It has a little bit of everything. Food aisle, clothing aisle, books & magazine aisle, toy aisle, and more. The choices are mostly recognized brand names. So, if you products or something you are getting Tide, Samsung, or products you know are good and reliable.
The location is very convenient and it's a good place for a quick trip to get a few things. But it's a small store and they don't carry as many selections as a regular Target.
This is more like a mini Target, 2flrs with a mini version of home needs, food, clothing or drugstore items.
I appreciated that I found everything I needed and checked out in under 10 minutes. I didn’t anticipate purchasing flowers, but this location had fresh flowers for Valentine’s Day and I couldn’t resist! I bought a bouquet for myself which was a nice add on
This store is nice and conveniently located in Forest Hills, Queens.
The store could use some improvement, and employees are lackadaisical and not very friendly or educated. Unfortunately.
Constantly out of everything, even basic items. No bread, cheese, eggs. What's wrong with target restocking? !
Cashiers are rude. Don't acknowledge your existence, say hi, thank you, anything. They just swap between glaring at you and their phones.
Not bad just a small target. Definitely useful when you wanna sneak in snacks into the movie theater a few blocks away. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
The star is for close to where I live and easy to make return of online purchase. Service is non-exist- they don't even pick up the phone or the phone just gets disconnected after you chose the option. The staff there is going through a revolving door - almost every time I"m there, I see different cashiers. They insist Target requires refunds go to different gift cards even if you make returns at the same time, so you end up with numerous gift cards. When I told them I called Target about this "policy" and was told there is no such thing, they turned a deaf ear to me. It is very environment unfriendly for so many gift cards on hand and inconvenient. One time one cashier even told me this was done to avoid money laundering. Did she think customers are stupid not to understand how money laundering works?
The selection of products is very limited. Most of the times my pick up in store order don't work because of lack of products in store.
This target is what I would consider an express store. The home goods section is meager and the shelves are bare. The grocery section on the second floor is worth a visit with a selection Of dry and refrigerated goods. They also have a variety of dumbbells and personal care items.
Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Reasonable price. Great staff.it worth shopping at Target where you get value for your money.
Large selection but can be a bit crowded at times. Parking is easy to do but traffic in the area can be tough.
My review is about the Target Express location on Austin Street in Forest Hills, NY. The location is convenient to the 71st Street Subway Station Street parking is very difficult to find. You have to go a few blocks away to park or pay for a parking lot.
The selection of available goods is pretty good. Most of the main things you would look for at a full Target are available here. The store is often crowded and the store staff is very busy. Even if you get there attention they are not very helpful.
I found this Target to be well stocked which is not true of many Target locations in the city. They had all of the items I was looking for and I browsed some additional items as well. Also, there was hardly any line for the checkout and I was able to complete my shopping in an efficient manner.
