They lock everything up, so you have to call the staff to unlock it for you. Sometimes, those staff members can be very rude and act like they’re doing you a big favor.

Some white guy that works here accuses people of stealing and seeing the reviews this is not the first time these people are working at a retail store not making no where near 6 figures and have the nerve to bother people who are trying to shop….

This target is a joke compared to the one in college point. It’s been years I worked near skyview and they still always have no checkout people and only self checkout even on weekends. I placed an order today and just like many other orders 4 items missing. My last pickup order had expired frozen pizza. Never coming here to shop unless I’m really desperate. Enough is enough there’s no way long standing customers would come to this target. The pickup people are chill but sadly I’m not shopping here again

If you want to "shop" in a store where half the items are locked behind glass, this is your spot.
This mega corporation decides to make it impossible to shop in order to stop theft, as if it is the only solution to the problem. Do better target.
This store is the worst. Target no longer the place to shop.

Store always has massive lives and never enough employees.

I paid $10 for hour parking there. I only stayed for hour and half. I asked why you get money like this and they said it is a event day. Event day on normal Tuesday? I checked small standing sign that very hard to see while entering. I felt they are so rude and unkind and rip people off. Don't go there! Don't buy anything!

After navigating the long checkout lines, I was shocked to be charged $10 for parking! I only had one ($15) item to buy for my daughter, and somehow it took us 45 minutes and almost doubled in price after the atrocious parking fee. Be aware that the parking fee sign at the front states $3.22 for up to 3 hours, but this fee can change without warning. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

Older Indian employee told my wife and son to get the f out of the store because my 2 year old son was running around, when he saw me walking down the isle he pretend to be nice and told me it wasn’t safe for my so to stand at a certain spot. I was on the phone with my wife the whole time and I heard him loud and clear.
I guess target really don’t care about customer experience anymore

The recent visit at Target, i was pleasantly surprised by how courteous the cashier was. All my past experiences was bad and mediocre.

This shopping experience was extremely exhausting. I have no idea where any of this came from but as soon as i went to get a cart in the other exit area for my air matress the security rushed out into the store.but when i went back in the store after getting a cart, he started folowing me in the frozen section. What can I possibly steal in my small business cotton bag.then another guy with locks and dark complexion followed me two times me in the vitamin section.when i walked out that section, im sorry i had to cuss him out because dont act like your in a rush to throw something out.i walked towards the front entrnace but then needed to check if i picked up the right purchases based on my target app sale price and size.ican see the cops are at the main entrance.not skyview center mall security.that's how i know this area turned bad.i never seen anything like this! When i went to pick up the right items in the air matress section then checkout tell me why the customer service lady tried to rush me? Man my words after that werent clean.i cussed at her too.that was three different oeoaole and it was unacceptable.

Worst experience ever at this Target! Please care your customers! So today I wanted to get about 72 bags of chocolate for Valentine’s Day (for my business clients), all cashiers were closed, so I have to use self check out machine which was fine because before I bought multiple same products the staff was able to help me on the machine by enter the quantity. Today I asked this lady (glasses and red head band) to help, she told me: No you have to scan them. I explained before the staff can enter the quantity for me, but I was told she can’t because they all have different barcodes? ! I think she’s just too lazy to help customers……

This location is in a super sketchy area, the bland projects of flushing and it’s at a dangerous cross way. I’ve been trapped in the parking garage (you pay for parking) multiple times and it has been a nightmare. 5 hours minimum I was trapped each time. Do not EVER come to this shopping center on or before a holiday. Every single time I come here there’s 3 robberies going down and I see something I wish I didn’t. It’s not nice to go to if you’re just trying to be cosy and take your time at target. Go to college point location or any other if you could.

I was in the Neutrogena aisle waiting to get attended while there was another person who had been waving the sensory to get a associate to unlock his product no one was coming and he was there waiting more than me. So I continued to wave the sensory button for assistance but nothing and then this RUDE male employee who had blonde on the top of his hair said “I heard you the first time “. In a snarky rude tone. The comment was unnecessary. I never have any bad experiences in any target I go to. The employee should go over his customer service manual target gives them in training because he clearly skipped that section. Horrible customer service.

The staff on this Target Flushing branch was rude and unprofessional.its my first time having a bad experience in Target. I hope they do something about this and they should make sure that they train their staff with customer service.

I was able to get my items on time, quick service the only thing that had me disappointed was the fact that I couldn’t exchange the color of the Bottles I bought for my daughter otherwise everything else was fine!

Store is big and has many staff to buy. However, employees quality needs improvement. Meet one worker who "working" in home decorating area just chatting with her friends during work, provide no help to costume, rude and has no sympathy for pregnant women.

Why there’s no separate lines to the full service cashier and self checkout. The long lines are so annoying especially on weekends! SERIOUSLY; there’s no reason why there’s one line for both full service cashier and self checkout!

A very large store. The store was well organized and clutter free. There are so many aisles and great selections. I walked to the rear of the store and was surprised to see a grocery section. The sales people were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will visit again.

Always clean, the check out lines are always quick. The employees are helpful if you need to locate an item at their store.
