John and Tamiko were fantastic! So kind, welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable! They helped my mom and I so much!

We have always been very satisfied with the employees at Levittown Target Optical. They always greet us when we walk into the store. They have all been very helpful with informing us about frames and lenses. Any time I call up they are also very helpful over the phone. The doctors can be hit or miss. Some friendlier than others. They also change over often.

The Doctor was very nice and professional, and the assistant manager Temika was outstanding. Overall a fantastic experience

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. They were all really helpful and answered all my questions and more.
I have an Aetna Medicare PPO plan. The staff insisted on checking my insurance. They found and pointed out that my plan provided me with a free eye exam and $250 CREDIT toward the purchase of my glasses. This was coverage that I was not aware of being entitled to before my visit. For that, I am extremely grateful! Their help and honesty kept me from forfeiting about $300 that I would have otherwise spent needlessly. Thank You for your professionalism and honesty which I greatly appreciate.)

Absolutely horrible! Saw the doctor for an exam & ordered glasses. They were ready 4 days later. When I picked them up & tried them on I told them the glasses immediately made me dizzy & could not see well. I was told that my brain needed time to adjust. Never had this happen before. Returned 4 days later & had another exam. They reordered new lenses for me (apparently the prescription was not correct). It has now been 3 weeks & no new glasses yet. When I call to check on them, I am told someone will call me back. They never do. It soon will be 1 month since my initial visit. Can't get any information or glasses. True rating- zero stars.

Everyone was so helpful, considerate, and professional. Isis, the location manager, explained a lot of details to me about my three new pairs of glasses with their new prescrptions. I've been wearing glasses my whole life and I learned a lot from her today. John, the man who took my order, was very patient and also very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The optician, I did not get her name, interjected once or twice for further advice on adjusting to my new prescription. It was a very positive experience. I will definitely be returning there for glasses for myself and for my family and will recommend Levittown Target Optical to friends as well.

The Dr for the eye exam didn't even notice two of my retinas we full with blood! Horrific experience! Staff is slow and lazy!

I love Target Optical in Levittown! I've been going there for years and even with staff changes, they are always so nice and helpful. Today's staff was no exception. I highly recommend them!

Isis and Preet were wonderful. Isis helped me pick out the perfect frames for my sunglasses and Preet finished up my order with the lens selection. Target Optical is part of Luxottica and they take Eyemed which they own as well. I went to two other chains and the prices were crazy. Thank you Isis and Preet for great service!

UPDATE: I picked up my sunglasses today, and John did a quick adjustment and I was on my way. My fear was they wouldn't be dark enough, but they certainly are.

Been coming to Target Optical for a few years now. It’s always an easy experience ; from making an appointment to the exam and making a purchase. Dr. Dana Stern was great with my exam straight to the point and also just provides a comfortable experience during the eye exam. Also the customer service out front is top tier, probably the best that you will get anywhere period. The new manager is also extremely nice and closed out my order of contacts. Target optical does not take my insurance but I choose to go there do to the consistent stress free experience. Highly recommend. Peter Peter

I recently had the pleasure of working with John at Target Optical in Levittown. He truly went above and beyond to meet my needs and I cant say enough amazing things about him! He really listened to me and made the perfect recommendations. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and the entire experience was enjoyable and stress free. After searching for ways to save me more money than expected I ended up buying 2 pairs (adding in sunglasses!). I will say everyone at this location was warm and welcoming and can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future.

I came here because my glasses broke just last week and Temiko was such a great help in getting me a new pair with the protection plan I had. I’ve been coming here for years and this just solidified that this is the only place I should go to get the vision-care I need! Thank you guys so much!

On 12-2022 I have my eye exam done at this place with insurance. My glasses came up a little bit over $200 which I thought it was over price but I got them anyway because I needed it then I was told by the sales person for $35 more. I can add up a scratch warranty which I got now on 4/25 /23 I went back because I have a little scrash on the lens to my surprise $20 more copay which nobody said anything to me in the beginning, bad experience, I will not coming back to this place I lost $35 but they lost a customer

When I was contacted by the store to confirm my appointment, they asked me about my vision coverage. I provided the last four of my social and told the woman, Tamika (?), that I believe I have VSP and that I would be interested in a multi-focal contact exam. She said she would check and call me back. When I received the call back, she confirmed that I am covered by VSP and there would be a $15 copay in addition to any other charges associated with my contact lens fitting which would be discussed at the time of my appointment. I arrived at my scheduled appointment on 1/18 at 10: 40 AM and had to wait over 20 minutes prior to getting in to see the doctor. The actual doctor I saw was great and provided useful information to questions I had, but my main problem is with the support staff. After my exam was completed, I went to pay the copay and was told that my total charges would be $135 ($15 copay and $120 for the exam)! Needless to say, this was unexpected and when I asked why it was that much I was told that VSP considers my appointment "cosmetic" which was not told to me when I spoke with Tamika to confirm my appointment. I would NEVER have kept my appointment with you if I knew I was going to be charged an extra $120. I was then told to contact VSP if I have any issues with the charges which I was more than happy to do. When I got home, VSP told me that your establishment isn't even an in-network provider and the extra charges were because of that. WHY WASN'T I TOLD THAT WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS CONFIRMED? This is just extremely shady business and something that I don't appreciate at all as someone who has been to your establishment over the years. The most amusing thing about this is that after I questioned the charges and clearly had an issue with what was happening, I was asked if I wanted to purchase contacts or glasses. Why would I want to give you anymore money after I was clearly lied to? Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to your store again.
