So nice! I love the new service facility and everyone there is SO sweet! Nicole at the front check-in is lovely and super helpful. The gentleman who set up my appointment and was at checkout was also awesome and so kind. I was able to work in the sleek waiting area since they have free Wi-Fi. Will definitely be going back!

The best car buying experience I have ever had in my 49 years of driving. Anisa the sales representative I dealt with should be have a camera crew video her doing work and shown to everyone else in Honda as to how to treat a customer (potential buyer). I don’t remember anyone else who has sold me a car but she is one I will be recommending to all my friends

My experience at Tarrytown Honda was great. Cris and Mike were great and very helpful! They really helped me out with getting a car. Cris was very professional and nice. I recommend coming to Tarrytown Honda to get your next car!

Had my first experience with Tarrytown Honda and it was beyond 5 stars. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted warmly, kept apprised of the work to be done on my SUV, and left a very satisfied customer. From Joel to the rest of the team, well done! I will continue using them for service. When they say customer service is number 1 with them, they mean it

MONEY is the basis for a ton of anxiety and spending it on a serious purchase, like a car, is difficult and emotional. From the dealerships perspective, with so many moving parts, they want to earn the customers respect and loyalty but that is not easy especially in a consumer savvy market like NEW YORK.

Tarrytown HONDA did both. You should give them the opportunity to earn yours also.

Unfortunately mine was not a good experience. Car wash was not operating. The service tech said I had a leak in my tire when instead the tire was over inflated. And the agent insisted my coupon was not valid (which it was) without even reading it. He was dismissive and borderline rude without acknowledging his error.

Took our 2016 Accord in for radio tuner problem and it turned out to be a software problem. They fixed it no charge. Great.service, and helpful with shuttle service!
Update, August 24,2018, just had regular service done today at their new facility next door to old one, they did a beautiful job. Joel in service gave excellent service, as always, honest and efficient.

I just leased my third vehicle with Tarrytown Honda. As always, great service, well executed. The entire process from "hello" to driving away with new car takes less than two hours. That includes choosing model, detailing, registration, insurance, and financing. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous facility, free WiFi, free coffee, AMAZING staff who always smile, hold the door open, and are super courteous. They clearly have a very good training program or only hire the right people. Oh, also they service cars really well. I love this place, and you will too.

Brought in my accord for an air-bag recall. Appointment was scheduled for 11am and was told it would take an hour. Left work and arrived to appointment on time only to be told there was a 4 hour wait. When asked why I wasn't notified as I could have stayed at work, the reply was "we're working on that". Very poor customer service and no respect for people's time!

Gary is an awesome salesman. He is patient and knowledgeable. Gary listens to you and makes sure that you get the car you want. This is the fourth time I have leased a car at Tarrytown Honda with Gary. I am very satisfied and would not go anywhere else.

Great new facility, respectful staff. There's a large, clean, well stocked waiting area including a separate "quiet" waiting room to be away from the TV, and other activity. An oil change and inspection was done within an hour and a half.

Michael Britt and Jose Cano made my car buying experience fun! They both outdid themselves putting the deal I wanted together. Even though I was purchasing a used car, they treated me as if I were buying a top of the line Honda. They focused on me as a person. Opposed to seeing me as a dollar profit. I definately will go back to them when I'm in the market for another car.
