People at the front are extremely rude. ABSOLUTE NO RESPECT. FOOD GAVE ME STOMACH VIRUS. I don’t recommend for anyone who has a bad stomach. Terrible

So I’m a returning customer and come here every visit to the mall. And this time the taste felt off. It seems like they didn’t come down the “kadhe masale” enough and has a very over powerful clove taste. Maybe they switched chefs. All and all this restaurant gets 5 stars still because all the other prior visits have hit the spot. I think with a little tweak they will get back to the taste we all love.

They didn’t mention i can get rice with two curry combo instead of ordering two containers of different curry which was pricey with naan. The food was great thou, i just wish I didn’t had to buy so much food where i could have had a small amount.

Love this place. Service is efficient and warm. Food is consistently delicious and portions are generous. This is my usual go to whenever I come to Roosevelt Field.

The Bengali sales lady with black glasses is very rude! She should learn how to talk with customers and not be a racist. This is the 3rd time I have seen her and the manager being rude to my African colleague! And I had to write about this. She and the manager act like they own the mall and behave so rude. I have never seen a restaurant being rude to black Africans. Definitely post about this matter to the Facebook because the Owner doesn’t care about how his staffs are treating customers.

Top tier Indian food. I come from the UK so I know a good curry when I eat one. Fair price and delicious.

So this indian place food's taste is not bad but i want to say that the price is definitely on the expensive side. The combo starting from 15 before the tax and there is only 2 small portion on the side. If you can make it cheaper such as the price starting from 10 dollars, i believe you will have more customers. Many times when i ordered food there right before the store close, there are still plenty of food left. There are many other food chains around this place. If you can not beat the price, I think you might have hard time to get more business.

Are the prices high sure they are but the ladies are very friendly they load up Your combo plate and the food is absolutely amazing worth every single bit Of money they just need to work on their naan bread. It's not Dougherty enough

Came to Roosevelt field mall on Thursday afternoon. I was hungry and decided on some Indian food. I got rice with lamb and potatoes. The food was decent, but way overpriced. A dish with rice, lamb, and potatoes and a can of soda was $22.50. I could have just gotten a meal at Wendy's for $10. These food places in the mall are unreal with their prices. I remember about 15-20 years ago, you could get a nice meal in the mall for around $8.

It’s was good to see halal option in the mail. I love spicy but any Indian food too much oil. Palok PONIR was not fresh enough.
Sister greeted with Salam that was the best part of this place.
Hope they think about more healthy cooking because I came to mall often.

Food was great, from the pakora, naan, potato, daal, chicken & mutton curry.

The team were warm and friendly and very generous with their servings.

Of all the food in the mall I feel like the Taste of India has the most unique and enjoyable meals offered. While the amount of options can be intimidating at first the staff are very polite and can help recommend good options.

My order was delivered burnt. When I called she told me to come next time and stand in the front so you can make sure it's right that's how you treat your customers!

$15 for a chicken, veg, rice and naan bread. Fair deal compared to a restaurant. Super friendly staff but the prices smh skyrocket if you get extras. Can feed 2 people with 1 order.

Was our first time here so one of the servers gave us 3 samples to try. We got the lamb curry, palak paneer (came with rice and naan), chicken samosa and Masala tea. Everything tasted great. Portion was a feberous amount. Overall great experience.

We only got the samosas here (1 per order), but they are HEFTY. At around $3 each, I feel like these are a great deal, especially considering the tiny samosas I've seen elsewhere from other Indian restaurants. These are packed with a scrumptious, savory potato and pea mixture that was piping hot. With generous tips in the accompanying tamarind sauce, this was a wonderful appetizer to grab in the Dining District at the mall.
