Russian Restaurant Tatiana reviews
10Rude writer; overpriced mediocre food. And disappointed they didn't serve their lunch special.
Great homestyle Russian food, very accurate and NOT Americanized (i know it because i am russian and ate russian food at home my whole life) prices are a bit high but well worth it for the quality and taste. Plus you're also paying for the nice view and sea breeze!
Food fresh, tastes really good, but waiters çhange dishes really quick. I didn't even finish my dish and it was taken away. Everyone is nice and polite, but I still have that feeling they want to kick you out as soon as possible and get your money.
A bit overpriced but the food and service was great, our server Alla was the best. Also the view on the boardwalk is great.
We used to go there a lot and always treated the waitresses good, but a few weeks ago one homeless lady stole my mark jacobs bag with iPhone 12 inside debit card and driver license in it, so I called the police’ before I asked the manager to see cameras and he said camera is not working to good! Monday the detectives came to see cameras! Of course the business didn’t like that! Tuesday they didn’t allowed me to have a drink by bar bcs I m cops caller! VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL!
People there is so rude you even feel like you're bothering them for doing their job. They waited two minutes after we were done to bring the check, when we order a dessert (literally 5 min after they took our plates) our waiter rolled the eyes because he already had the check. Unbelievable. The rudest people ever and the food is average.
Beautiful place, ocean breeze is making you so calm and happy… but that day last Sunday was so busy.we waited 30 minutes maybe more to get table for 2. Then another 30 minutes spent are waiting service. And another 30 -50 minutes waiting food. Waitress was pushing us to order alcohol when we said no thanks she lost totally interest for our table. Then we ordered and had some attention. Food was good, bronzini and salmon. Mojito for $13 was so so. Regret that ordered. But mixed drink (I forgot the name something about beach) was great and very strong. Waitress helper Serezha was very nice, fast and polite. Waitress too but she was so busy. Check was about $120.
Wonderful time with my parents with great food, amazing views and the best service thanks to Maksim! Highly recommended.
Horrible service.they continued to talk Russian even when we told them we don't speak Russian 3 times.we wait to bring the menu more than 20 minutes.the table which came 15 minutes after us got survived before because they speak Russian.we never will go back.
This was quite an experience. Note: don’t expect great service in general (but our server was cool!) but you need to understand that this is not the regular NYC restaurant. The food was great, we ordered the Great Jumbo (huge seafood plate with pasta) and some traditional dishes plus dumplings. It was very good and save room for dessert, it is worth it.
It was a very nice experience out on the skirts of the city. You should try it if you like to try different food.
