I've been a natural for the past 6 years. At least twice a year. I get my hair pressed out just to get my ends clipped and do a length check. I decided to try them, seeing my hair dresser didn't show for my appointment and the shop was closed. They took me right in, soon as I walked in. 45min later my hair was washed, pressed out and looked BEAUTIFUL. And the young lady that did my hair charged me only $50. When I normally pay $120 for a deep condition and a silk press. Here's the problem.my hair smelled burn and like it had been chemically process. I just washed my pressed hair out a week after it was done. Not only does my hair still carry a light burnt smell, my ends show extrem heat damage. They use A LOT of heat on your hair.and yes my hair is.was thick. But now it is visibly thinner and damaged.

Update:
I waited a month before I went to my normal hair dresser, after the bad experience with this place. Come to find out that not only do I have heat damage (like I already knew they damaged my hair) But it's as if my hair was chemically texturized. Make sure they give you a copy of your receipt just incase, so you have some type of record of when and what was done to your hair. So if there is any issue you can dispute it. And don't be afraid to ask about what product is being used in your hair.
