Tavern On the Mall, Forestville NY

Had reservations for 6: 00, was waited on around 6: 15. Three of the four orders arrived at 7: 25.the togo orders arrived 7: 30.the fourth order arrived 7: 45.
No adjustments were offered, no apology from owner/manager.the final order came out late after everyone had finished eating, since it was served they would not give customer service.
SERIOUSLY DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR JUST A NUMBER AND AN INVOICE.

Tried to order fish fry for take out. Told to call back after 7. I did but was told to call back after 7 30. If you don't want my money I ll gladly give it to a restaurant that wants to please it's customers. Poorly run snotty phone staff.

Food is really good! And the staff is super friendly. They handled our party of 11 perfectly. Will definitely tell our friends and be back!

Brother ordered 4 extra sauces for his fingers, likes the (1) garbage, (2) hanover and (3) gold the best.

Love this place. Best people, awesome wings! Fish fry! Just so much. Atmosphere is friendly.kid friendly also.also has take out. This Tavern on the Mall is must! Promise you'll nor be disappointed.

The common traveler would probably drive by and keep going. This place is not a place I would have ever visited without the recommendation. Locals rave about the food. Building is old run down and if the owners fixed it up I believe a lot more people would go and find out this place is amazing. You owe it to yourself to try this place.

I like that they have multiple choices of different kinds of fish fry. I had the Panko I don't have any bad to say about it. Good job.
