I’ve been using tax man for over 20 years and I am extremely satisfied. Very professional and courteous to my needs. When I had questions they answered them and made me feel comfortable each time. Thank you James Carapella and your office employees for your professionalism.

I would highly recommend Tax Man to everyone. James and Sue were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and I really enjoyed preparing my taxes with them. They not only got me the maximum tax return possible, but more importantly, they put me at ease.

I overpaid by 5k last year. I am so glad they couldn’t get me in this year and I went to someone else. I never would have caught the mistake. This is the second time they forgot to enter my dependent credits. I am done with this place and so is the guy who recommended them to me in the first place. We both used them for over a decade. What a shame. It’s not the same place anymore.

All need to do is take a tax return they did, to another tax preparer, then you will know why I stopped using them.

I have done my taxes with the Taxman for several years! Never once was I disappointed! JAMES and his staff are wonderful, always greeted me with the warmest welcome! Thier the friendliest group of people which makes you feel appreciated! More importantly, James is nothing short of Amazing! I'm so grateful for all his patience, answered all my questions reguardless how busy he is! HONESTLY, I cant say enough about his professionalism! I'm usually not the type to go out of my way and
leave reviews but this year is different! I'm sure many of you can relate when i say since the inflation life has been a struggle! I really needed my taxes done with someone who took the time in learning all the tax credts that im eligible for! I left his office completely in ease! He was educated, respectful, patient i can go and on! James I cant thank you enough, you and your staff are amazing

In 2020 we were seated with one of the accountants who went over all of our paperwork to ensure everything was done correctly. Last year, in 2021, we were told to simply hand off our paperwork and should there be any questions they would call. During this time we made the move to NJ. I am very on point with my receipts as a 1099 employe. Considering how well our previous year filing taxes with them went, we were trusting and handed everything over. BIG MISTAKE. I just left the office of a new accountant here in NJ. She informed me that we may be audited due to TaxMan’s poor paperwork. Whoever completed our taxes last year at this agency submitted incorrect numbers, claimed that I ran a business, and input 100% of my profits, as opposed to only a percentage. We now have to amend and possibly owe back due to this agency’s error. This is what happens when you have one too many clients And a bunch of newbies doing the work for you. They are constantly backed up, and when you walk into the office, you see folders everywhere, I can’t even be mad that the quality has gone down with such disorganization. Poor judgement on my part to hand off something so important to the front desk. Never hand off your paperwork and ask for an actual appointment to make sure that your taxes are being done correctly!
