The dentist does good dental work on the teeth but the staff needs work in patient Etiquette on how they talk to patients and remember without the patients no money will come into their business.

Everything is perfect except for their behavior when it comes to explaining a follow up or aftercare. You know when you’re done with the appointment the doctor tells you they will follow up with you and what to expect or like after a procedure they discuss the aftercare? Both times I was there, they kind of just went “Okay thank you bye” and rushed me out. Not sure why, but if that changed they would be perfect.

The scheduling is horrible. You come in for an appointment for 12 and wait 2 hours just to get into the room. It seems like they schedule too many people at the same time with only one doctor on hand. I have a long procedure and already had to wait 2 hours to get it started. I’m disgusted and appalled and the staff doesn’t even care they just do anything.

I could say i have finally overcome my fear for dentist lol, TCN dental care have given me assurance that my visit will be painless with the best results and customer service you ever experience in New York.

Love the service and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. It also helps to get reminders when it’s time to do my 6 month cleaning. (which I did today and it went great)

They were very quick and easy with my fillings. It was my first time and I was nervous but I didn’t feel much pain at all. The people are polite and cooperative I defiantly recommend.

Pleasant environment and super clean. They tell you everything that you need and explain all your options clearly. And they are so repectful and they get you what you need as fast as they can

I have a 5pm appointment in which I got there 4: 30pm and I was seen at 6pm. The waiting time is redicoulous.that need to improve.

I've had bad experiences in the past with a dentist that made me a bit apprehensive at first. I must say though that for anyone who is afraid, or anxious of seeing a dentist. Leave your worries at the door. Dr Shalomov, is the best. He is a true professional and makes you feel like he genuinely cares, because he does. The whole staff is awesome. God bless you all. The staff is excellent and I never have to wait in the dentist office all day to see the dentist. The dentist is excellent and he is very polite, and always ready to answer any questions ask about teeth problems.
