This is the best branch of td bank in north america.very professional and anthony deserves employee of he year!

Last Friday, I went there 5 minutes after they closed the branch. I lost my wallet and I needed to withdraw money from my account to go home. I explained my situation to an employee who nicely opened the door for me. I understand how frustrating is is to have a customer coming once the doors are closed. I wish it wasn't an emergency. The employees was very nice and professional. I greatly thankful to them for their help.

Way to go TD! This bank took thousands during the pandemic from people who didn't even have the money to begin with. You would've thought that during the pandemic they would've eased off the overdraft fees since many were jobless & depending on unemployment. Worst part is that the overdraft fee would bring you back to overdraft and another fee is charge.it's an ongoing cycle of stealing money from you that you didn't even have to begin with. Worst theiving bank ever!

This is the worst TD bank branch ever, they never have any change, the employees are rude and nasty. The manager Kevin has a poor attitude and the never answer their phone. Way to take the convenience out of the most convenient bank

Worst TD bank branch! The personnel moves very slow and is not knowledgable at all! Took over 30 minutes to get spoken to and looks like they are all interested in moving as slow as possible and taking breaks when they feel like it.also called in advance and nobody picked up the phone for a half hour and i tried around 10 times.unacceptable!

Always a long wait before being able to reach a advisor, and they are unfriendly and definitly bored by they job. The worse is that they can't do much and will have to wait with you that the online call center answers.

First time I went to this bank was to check the update on a check that I deposited. There was apparently a 10 day hold, which I've never heard of or had to deal with, so I went to them in person and asked what was going on. I had the physical check (because it was a mobile deposit) and the pay stub, and of course my ID. I showed them the check and the guy "helping" me immediately handed it back and said "i've never heard of this bank. " I asked him which bank he was referring to. He was reading the company that the check was from, not which bank the check was from. When I pointed that out he said there was nothing he could do any that the money would clear the following monday (which was a holiday). I asked him if he was sure, and he said yes.and if it's not to come back. Well, obviously since it was a holiday it didn't clear. But it did clear later that week. They will do the absolute minimal when it comes to figuring out what your problem is. If you are signing up for their card, they seem to be more than happy. But if you have an ISSUE with the card, they want no part. Only giving 2 stars because I stop at their ATM on my way to work when my direct deposit comes in.at least their machines are helpful.
