TD Bank, Bronx NY

This bank in particular is always packed up with long lines. If you're in a hurry to come and leave immediately, this particular td bank location will disappoint you. Though, there are few staff of theirs who are compassionate and helpful, some of their other staff need to take a Customer service/Customer experience courses so they can provide better services to their customers.

Horrible experience at this location. 2 hour+ wait time always. Lines are huge and service is very slow compared to other locations in the city.

Extremely slow service, customer service all time low do not practice what they promote bank closes at 6pm no customers after 3: 30 pm, atms section closed Corporate needs to hear about the poor management of these banks especially Westchester ave corner White Plains rd, Bronx

There customer Service is very bad. They are not helpful. Few days ago I face a customer representative for reactivate my TD Bank Account.

Very poor service! Their equipment is never in proper working order and employees could care less.
And having dozens of people including the elderly waiting "hours" in this 90+degree heat is irresponsible.come up with a better system to cater to your community, while you sit cool and comfortable in an air conditioned building! DO BETTER FOR THE PEOPLE OF PARKCHESTER! We are the reason you are even here.

Their new and innovative walking-drive thru deposit lane (since they cant afford to install plexiglass shields that everyone else installed months ago) ensures that you will wait at least 40mins - 1hr just to make a deposit. And that itself can run from 15-25mins. Set aside enough time for this amazing experience as youll be waiting for a VERY long time. Dont forget a lounge chair and snacks!

The worst branch. Even though most of the city is open, this bank has people standing on line at the drive thru for 45 mins and more, in the heat next to garbage from the neighboring store. I can go to the liquor store or the pool with no issue, but the place that keeps my money gives me a problem.

This is by far the worst TD bank I went. The stuffs there are so worst.worlds can't explain how much I hate this particular bank

I come to make routine deposit on a business account however how come there isn't no business line for commercial clients!

Place needs direction. Atms usually don't work and sometimes when you take money out of the atm it sometimes doesn't give you what you asked for. Happened to me on 12/16/2017.

Xtremely Slow Very Slow I Was Waiting Near One Hour An haft To Be Call And Their Excuse Always is They're Busy. They Should Replaces This Bank By Anotherone Their ATM Machines Are Always Out Services. Soon I Gona Close All My Accounts And Move On To Another Bank. I have A Secured Credit Card Almost One Year They Say It Takes Up To A Year To Qualify For A Regular One If They Don't Approve Me For A Regular Credit Card im Not Gona Deal With I Gona Closed All The Accounts. And When You Call For Customer Services You Wait For A long Long Time i was On Hold For Almost One Hour. Td Bank Is Making People Sick everybody Should Closed Their Accounts And Go To Another Bank Cause TD Bank Is Not The Right Bank They Simply Trash Bank!

My suggestion is, if you want a warmth service, never go to this bank. The representative even don't know there online promotion (open a new account with direct deposit and get 150$ bonus), so I missed the oppertunity. The don't have enough ATM booth, so if you need any emergency money you have to walk fer away.you have to wait a long time if you want there service in the bank. Also they take much time to collect money from paychecks. Customers service representative ware not proper trained, so they don't know sometimes what your need.

The positive side of the bank is, it's a few monthly fees for banking and if your account has up to $100, your banking is free of cost.

Service is really bad. Bad experience all the time. Clerks seem lost. Go to other locations instead

If the District Manager values his/her job, he/she should really look into a fix for this branch. Worst Customer Service, Slowest service, Longest lines - Worst TD Bank. If you can, avoid at all cost! "I KNOW BETTER, SO I EXPECT BETTER".

Terrible customer service. Personal banker skipped claimed that he had already seen me. I presented my photo ID to verify my name and the banker still skipped me. He claimed that my name is masculine and that it couldn't possibly be me. Very insulted. Not banking with TD again. Closed account.
