Today I opened a bank account in TD bank. My cosomer services representative was Enid M Lopez. She helped me open my bank account and explained to me in detail how I can use my account. She is very kind, patient and professional. I am very glad that l met her

Worse customer service terrible bank. Main number unable to give service and branch does not answer phone
They do not know how to talk at all and do not know the customer they so rude I came to the bank because I need $100 bill and they give me $20 bill $8000 that’s not right way if I need a $20 bill toy I use ATM I don’t have to come Td Bank
Get ready to WAITTTTT.
Their new system after COVID-19 is very flawed. I use other banks and it takes like 5 minutes for the same transaction but with TD it takes forever.
It tells you you're 1st in line then all of a sudden you're back as 3rd in line, and their drive through can easily take 45 minutes or more. Awful.
