TD Bank reviews
12The Bank is well located. Has Good Profesional Td Bank workers. Very attentive and well oriented ready to help you on any matter you have on Credit cards or Debit cards Etc
Teller made a mistake and lost 100 dollars while I made deposit at drive through. She said I was missing 100 when I counted multiple times! Be careful with this td either they are out to steel or very careless!
Worst customer service as usual. I was waiting for 1 hour to speak with a representative. No one even asked me what I’m here. On the top of that they act like they are having party in the office. Come on TD bank. TD authority should ashamed for this branch. If they don’t know how to treat their customers then why you hired these people?
There is always a long wait every single time you come. Never have I came and not had a shorter wait less than 30 minutes. They are soooo slow in service. Just based on customer service and efficiency - would not recommend.
Wait time over 2 hours. A debit card 1 hour. Fully staffed, yes. Rude, yes. No sense of urgency for their customers. If you can avoid this location, please do.
Wow, the wait is ridiculous just to deposit money into your account. The ATM machine doesn't take any money, so it forces you to wait for the teller to take their time with each customer.
Add it up: more often than not there's a long line of people, tellers move as slow as they possibly can, what seem to be "managers" just walk back and forth doing absolutely nothing, too often non functioning ATM machines, the environment is so unprofessional that it's almost laughable. I cannot understand why this branch is still operational. The few times I've entered on behalf of a disabled relative I feel like I'm in a third world marketplace. Thankfully I have convinced my aunt to change banks.
I always go there late night to take out cash from the atm because its closer to my job.its nice, clean and uiet over there.fast and efficient service.
They have a very bad service I whited 1hr and a half at the drive thrue with 80F! On top of us
This bank is the worse instead of helping you they make you go thru hell every time some has to change the Manager there and the Whiting time is horrible this bank is a 2 star
Too slow. 20 people on line and 1 cashier only.better head off to 72nd n northern.way more better service
I put five star because when you with someone they are very helpful but always there is a long waiting. They need to focus on that.
TERRIBLE. I go through the packed drive thru and wait 2 hours to change the beneficiary of my account because the current beneficiary is deceased. The manger on this day decided to give me a hard time in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis when people are dying left and right. Who ever was the manger who handled my account on this day deserves to be FIRED! He declined to give his name. He lied about information on the account and when I asked him to prove it and show me he couldn’t. I felt like closing the account and withdrawing my money right then but I have direct deposit with my job. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN A EPIDEMIC CRISIS.
