If there was such a thing as a slogan paradox this TD bank branch will be it: America must inconvenient bank in Monroe. I tried to open a business account and I found myself dealing with an unprofessional and arrogant banker. At the end it was just a waste of time in despite of the paperwork being in order. I understand TD bank has their rules and regulations, but I always say in business you have to mindful of the way you interact with potential clients. Never again. The teller was a great guy.

Just a few days ago a colleague and I stopped by this branch for the notary. After filling out the sections that do not require anyone else present we began to walk over to a woman for information. The woman by the name of Sara Conklin stopped us in midstep in a harsh loud tone (practically yelling) saying go over to the teller's area, see them and wait over there pointing across the floor. We feel as if there's an enormous lack of respect and appreciation for people who enter this bank. The woman never said good day gentleman and how can I help you or any form of a greeting that was welcoming. You can believe it, when I tell you, we are withdrawing all of our funds from TD Bank and it will be this week. So to that woman who lacks courtesy and professionalism, this is what happens when you insult clients or potential clients that have deposited or will deposit money with you to invest. Thanks for the experience at that branch!

You make an appointment and then have to wait till someone is available. Poor customer service. Find a bank that will treat you like a person.nasty manager.

Oh, ho ho, where to begin. I decided to transfer my bank accounts at another bank to TD. I brought TD a certified bank check for the full amount of my previous bank accounts to deposit across three separate TD accounts. Upon receipt and CASHING of said check, TD goes ahead and flags my account as fraudulent (they didn't like something about a certified bank check I guess). Well anyway, they decided to freeze all of my accounts, tens of thousands of dollars mind you, while they conduct their own investigation into the funds I had deposited. In the mean time, I have no access to my money and a mailbox full of bills. Thanks TD!

This bank steals its customers deposits. Had aprox 5 thousand missing from my accounts.talked to online service rep, but could not get satisfactory answer. Spoke to bank rep at location and still could not get satisfactory answers asked for cashiers check for total of deposits (to go to other bank, while leaving 2000 at td until I could establish account at other bank.within a few days td had stolen that 2000 as well (minus a couple of hundred used on debit in that time. ADVICE IF YOU HAVE MONEY IN THIS BANK FIND ANOTHER BANK ASAP! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I WAS ONCE ASKED BY A MANAGER OF ANOTHER BRANCH IF HE COULD BORROW 150,000 DOLLARS! WHO RUNS A BANK LIKE THIS? THIEVES!

I mainly use the drive- through, always friendly, but takes forever, they only use on of the lanes, Ed Ben s we hen ghe line is long.

The mature red headed teller was friendly but the person who helped me, Lauren, was rude and asking intrusive questions that I find were unnecessary to give me a card reprint.

The only bank in new york that has superior customer service and wanted a new account. They were amazing start to finish! I am impressed!
