TD Bank, Lake Ronkonkoma NY

I never though I would rate a bank, I have been to so many locations, this has to be the WORST RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. Woman on the drive-through had me sit there for 10 minutes without greeting me, then proceeded to take a car that came five minutes after me first. When I asked her about this she was completely rude never apologized. Manager has no idea what they’re doing or how to deal with customer service snippy and snarky remarks, do yourself a favor and go to a different bank, beyond terrible! No wonder every single review on here is two stars.

WOW! No wonder they get 2.5 stars and that is super generous. Run away from this branch. They have no clue what they are doing. Went to open a business account and ended up walking out. Will go to a better branch like Syosset.

Truly horrific from the people to the place. The people working at this location on 8/30/22 at around 4pm we’re rude, unprofessional and racially profiled me note believing I had the money I have. I will be filing a report to corporate.

I have been a TD customer for several years now. When this branch first opened and TD was of the newer banks around, they seemed to have a competitive edge over others in the area. Longer hours make it more convenient for people to access banking options at off hours. The staff service has steadily declined over the years. I personally have waited 15-20 minutes to speak with someone in the office area and I was the only customer in the bank. TD started added ridiculous fees for everything that I have never seen before. I do not need to put my money in a bank that is going to charge me a fee to keep my money there. Lastly, there is no drive-up ATM access. If you need access to an ATM, it's old school get out of your car, go in to this little confined area with other strangers waiting right behind you while you just removed large sums of cash from the machine. Not uncomfortable at all. SMH.

Just had a simple question and the woman on the phone spoke to me as if i was an accountant.so rude for no reason despite my patience for her attitude.

They nice sometimes inside the bank but they take their sweet time in the drive thru with no atm as we know in drive thru, it’s not a convenient bank at all

So I waited several months to write this review because I was apprehensive to join this bank given some of the previous reviews. My family of 4 switched over to this location because the Lake Grove location closed. We are very happy with this branch. We needed to switch over and condense all of our accounts, open a new account and move our things to a new safety deposit box. When our daughter had to do her taxes for the first time this year she went to get a bank check with no problem. We've easily walked in to get papers notarized. We have dealt with several staff members with all these changes. Everyone who has helped us has been pleasant, courteous, professional and most helpful. They know us as a family and their services and hours are great. We highly recommend this branch.

Horrible service! They dont know anything they are talking about at all! Rude, unhelpful and totally dont care about their customers and their money at all. If I could give zero stars I would!

Big 0000000 in professionalism, service, behaviors and approach of service. 10 out of 10 in rudeness and worst service. I wish never to have this kind of customer service again in rest of my life.
