America’s most INCONVENIENT bank. Both Airmont and Mahwah seem to be severely short staffed. Drive through closed from time to time, long lines, incompetence. Will be looking for a new place to bank.

When I came to open an account 2 weeks ago someone waiting in the line told me that he is there to close his account and he said that this is the worst bank I’ll ever find.

I thought I’m smarter than him, I came here today for the second time this since I opened the acct, their customer service is really nasty.

I am banking with 3 other banks for personal n business, TD suffern is indeed the worst.

Worst possible branch. They can have 4 tellers talking and nobody will help you. After 5 min they will look up and say oh will be right with you. If you need help by a desk (non teller issue) you can sit for 25 min with nobody even bother to come over to you. Shame on them

So the bullet proof glass is apparently not good enough protecting the bank teller from contracting COVID-19. How do they then expect a piece of cloth on my face to do the job? I wonder.

Unfortunately this place does not function as a normal bank for 4 reasons:

#1: Extremely understaffed. There is only 2 (!) Staff members inside the branch.
#2: They never stick to their posted hours. It happens a lot that the branch is closed during normal business hours.
#3: The ATM is down way to frequently.
#4: Extremely bad customer service. They make u feel that they're doing u a favor by helping u & not the other way around. Very rude to customers.
️I waited a full year before writing this bad review so now they definitely deserve it. THEY SHOULD FIRE ALL EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE MANAGER AND START FROM FRESH.
(I called customer service to complain about the situation, but no change was made yet.)
️With that being said, I'm forced to close my TD BANK account because this is the only TD branch in my area.

First time making a deposit cash she deposited into wrong account I call she said they will correct it and let me know after 50 minutes waiting no call no response very rude unprofessional teller 1hour still not clear no answer?

Worst attitudes, and you are supposed to be serving me, you have my business and they give you an attitude with their lack of professionalism. Absolutely disgusting. Will be switching banks.

Went to the bank at 12pm on a Friday and the door was locked with no one inside. I'll have to drive to the other side of town to the other TD run by professionals who stick to their posted hours.

They have 1 person in the bank working no service whatsoever. They blame it on covid but we all know TD is known to be understaffed even before covid times, they dont mind your waiting for hours till you get help, it's their way how to make money to save on expenses, but this location is the worst. Keep it up td till we send you all back to Canada

This is without a doubt the worst TD Bank I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible and nobody knows what they are doing. I had a simple issue, I have 2 accounts with them. I needed a new debit card for one account. They closed one account and gave me a replacement card for the wrong account. It was a complete nightmare and nothing but aggravation. They did not even apologize for the mistake and inconvenience, There excuse was they are short staffed all the time. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

Atm is down way too frequently. When it tells you "they're working on fixing it", they aren't because no one is present. Also never enough staff to help everyone. I only ever see 2 or 3 people tops. Going to Jersey is much easier because they function like a normal bank.

The tellers don’t care about the customers and make them wait unreasonably while they sit on their phones

I could pin point the employee that mistreated me however I will not sink to that level. The customer service here from (some) employees is god awful. I never been to a branch where you seek help and you are being cut off when speaking and undermined. Also when an error is made on your end do not penalize your customers as if they are lying. PLEASE work on your customer service skills I will never return to this location again & have since closed my account all together. “ Treat others the way you want to be treated”

I went to the bank to deposit 2 checks, this should have taken 2 minutes, after spending there 30 minutes I just left.i have never had such a bad experience. I tried depositing the check at the ATM it didn't work, I went inside, 3 bankers are sitting there, but they are not helping people who walk in to the bank. One teller was trying to help the people.he went to the back just for 1 minute he didn't return before 10 min, i went to the drive truth i saw him at the window helping drivers and just letting heng all the people in the bank.i just wasted 30 minutes and i left.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Long, long wait at the drive up window, more than thirty minutes before I just gave up and drove over to the TD bank at the Interstate Shop Center, Ramsey. Completed my transaction in less than five minutes. This is the second time this happened in the last week. I'm rating this as one star because zero stars is not available.
