TD Bank, Brooklyn NY

It is just not possible to express by words how terrible the customer service at this bank has become. Just pray that you'll never need their customer service because they will make you wait a very long amount of time and then most likely they won't be able to help you.
This branch used to be run wonderfully by Mr. Steven Gomez; unfortunately now that he is gone the people that work in this branch are incompetent and just bluntly rude. They will treat you poorly even if you have been a great customer for years.
I choose TD Bank 16 years ago and I decided to close my account today because these people are just unbearable.

Nahid was brilliant with helping me get a new bank account! She was patient, professional, warm and understanding! Cannot thank her enough!

When I did banking today and I put money in they didn’t put all my money in the card they took 100 dollars from me

Rude customer service, neglect customers and their needs, very problematic, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH, never responded to any of my emails. I have a huge business account, did not even bother to establish business relationship, I will take my $$ somewhere else.

I have no issues with TD bank generally but my experience at this specific branch was terrible. Waited to try and get a replacement debit card before work and saw multiple people cut in line which ended up in me having to leave before I was even able to get my debit card so I wouldn’t be late for work

My experience with this branch of TD Bank is always positive. They bank officers are all very nice, helpful and accommodating. I’m a regular at this branch and have a good relationship with the team, perhaps that’s why my experience is different than others. I take the time to say hello and then get my business done. Which works for me!

Love this bank - love the team who work here - i am not so sure what theses other peoples reviews are regarding long waits - i have never had to wait any length of time
