TD Bank, New Hyde Park NY

This is the SLOWEST bank ever. Do NOT go here if you are ever in a rush. Been sitting in my car with no one helping me for 10 minutes at the drive thru.

I always have a great experience at this branch! The staff is so professional and kind. Thank you to Samantha and Judy for their assistance!

Heey why this location always has their machine broken, i know that they are working on it but most of the time the f.ng ATM machine is gone, please do something to get it fixe for good.

Tellers always known me by name and very polite and helpful I never dealt with managers and do not know how they are but my experience was always positive ️

Long wait time, slowest customer service. You need more tellers to handle walk-in customers.

Relocating from ohio and opened an account here recently, Best Customer Service of any bank ive ever dealt with period hands down. Thank you so much TD Bank here is to a long term relationship with you.

Horrible experience at this bank! Went in to get access to my safe deposit box and a customer was in there for nearly half an hour. When I asked the teller what was going on she simply shrugged and said there is nothing they can do about it and said someone can take 30 minutes or 5 hours. I said I understand, but can someone atleast knock to see what is going on? Half an hour is a very long time to be spending just to get something out of a box! The teller became even more rude and was ready to just start an argument to where I just walked away as I knew this conversation was not going to go anywhere. The staff at this td bank location was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, he had his back turned at me to avoid any addressing to what was going on and waved his hand dismissively. Very horrible attitude from the staff at this td bank location! The staff was taking their sweet time chit chatting away and being as slow as they possibly can. No value for anyone's time or the decency to even speak to the customer in an understanding or kind manner.

Worst, slowest customer service i have seen in my life. Unbelievably slow. For example taking care of 2 customers can take 2 to 3 hours. Can you believe that. Some staff need to be fired.and rehire Specifically a white old short hair lady. When she help seems like she is giving you huge favor otherwise she don't want to even see you. Only the Indian staff is great humble polite n helpful. (because of this i start going back to TD Bank Great Neck. Amazing very professional customer service

Tried to get a doc notarized, after waited for more than half hour, the rep gave me some bs reasons for not able to help. Then I went to UPS and got it done in 2 mins.

If you need to go to customer Service. Make sure you have whole day.im here looking at white dude (customer Service representative) he has a guy for more then an hour i don't know what the heck he is helping him for, for such long time unbelievable.

My visit was exclusively to open an account for my mom. Daphnee Nicolas was the financial services representative who assisted us and she was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed having a brief conversation with her and she definitely took her time to ensure my mom was satisfied. For me this is important as my mom is special for me and I appreciate those who give her their time and respect. We chose to open a basic checking account but Daphnee did inform us of other options to help us decide which is the best for us. She helped us set up the online banking account, made sure to check if the ATM card worked effectively, and gave us TD souvenirs at the of our visit.

The bank is open 7 days a week with Sunday being 11-3pm. This branch also has safe deposits which can be accessed on Sundays as well. Upon arrival sign in is required for financial services and safe deposit use. Though, I didn't need to utilize the teller service but the line was long but I think it did fairly move at a decent pace.

Definitely admit to the fact there's only 1 ATM machine located at the main door upon entrance. Which obviously can be frustrating to use during rush hours. Drive through ATM is available as well for your inconvenience. Best perk of this location is their free parking lot. That's definitely one less thing to worry about!

I went here to withdraw cash. But there machine was down. Carly said it's been down for a bit.

How can a bank, with one of its purpose to get money from, is down?

Easy to see right off of Hillside Avenue servicing New Hyde Park and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy servicing. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Personal loans and mortgages are available. We will most likely be going back.

Good bank but if you need to see customer service personnel and if they have customer sitting.they can take hour to take 2nd customer or more.so make sure they have no one sitting with customer Service personnel so u will get to work done other wait if you can which i dont recommend.because this happened to me atleast 3 times i had to wait n finally leave.i don't know which kind of business customer Service personnel do that take so long.unbelievable.
