8There service gets worst and worst. You walk in this place and there’s multiple tellers helping one person and everyone else is left not knowing what to do. There’s no line set up so they see people in what ever order they chose.
There are three tellers and none of them will help me they just say to sit here and wait for someone to help me but none of them will? There’s legit no one else here this is the worst service i have ever experienced
I like the way I'm treated at this Bank. They are always very professional and courteous. I've yet to have a bad experience with the staff there. Now I must say that there is always a wait period to be seen. I'm not going to hold it against the staff there because I believe they are understaffed and that is a corporate responsibility that must be addressed. That being said how I'm treated is of upmost importance and in that department they are exceptional.
If you make an online queue then RICHARD is your available representative, leave. Dont waste your time with incompetent and unfriendly staff. I have 2 TD bank accounts and yet he could not open my account because i did not have my physical SSN card. My SSN was already on the file and i have a valid driver's license with me. Terrible experience.

I opened an account in the first week of Jan2020 and I am hapy to announce that Iclosed my account a few hours ago. The delay in closing the account was only because of Covid. This is the worst bank you can experience. I received a similar mail to visit a branch with identity documents, for 5 times. Anytime I visited a branch, they didn’t know what is that letter. They never added my ssn in the system even after asking them in different branches. They never allowed me to use Zelle because they believed that someone else is using Zelle with my phone number and they can not remove my number from that account. They allowed that person to do an illegal job by using my phone number. The customer service and the IT desk are not helpful and it normally takes half an hour to connectvto a customer service. I added my review to this branch, because I opened my account here and Ms. Aysha in this branch gave me wrong information regarding my phone number and ssn issue.
Literally the slowest TD bank I have ever been to. The grass literally grew a couple inches since I went in and out. They literally gossip amongst themselves instead of actually helping customers.
Don't waste your time. For a convenient bank it's not convenient at this location.
Lovely security guards though.
Their service is very poor. At June 18 around 6: 10 pm, I am here to change the cash $100 into change. The result is rejected by the waitress on the left, but the TD bank can be exchanged in other places.
