I'm always so happy to be helped by the Assistant Store Manager Cristina, she has such a positive attitude and incredible enthusiasm.
I could give them a zero I would they had one person behind the counter who left the counter to let somebody in a vault I guess where they have a safety deposit box and left a line of 10 people waiting to be helped there's a woman doing the drive-thru who didn't pop her head out once. Another woman came in and went behind the counter and disappeared I guess into her office. Really a very disgusting experience don't think I'll ever go back

Worst TD bank in Long Island don’t care about customer s and totally management should be change
They are horrible. The first time I went there, they lost a check from my deposit. The second time, they ripped a check when they processed it and then charged ME a bounce back fee for the check that they ripped. I will never visit this branch again.
This locate is amazing the employees go above and beyond to help you with your needs. I can't see myself banking at any other location.
This afternoon, I had a mix-up with another bank in town, resulting in a lost check I had written from TD Bank. The other bank admitted the mix-up was their fault and were anxious to resolve the problem. Writing a replacement check was simple enough, but I did not want to pay for a stop payment on my TD Bank account. The errant bank called TD and banker Heather got on the phone to discuss the issue. She could not have been more helpful, pleasant and professional. She arranged to drop the service charge on my stopped check even though it was not through TD Bank's error. This is customer service above and beyond the norm. I am so grateful for TD Bank's commitment to serving their customers and I am happy to call myself one of their customers.
