17The Bank overall is fine but my experience with the personal banker Marcia was not welcoming she needs to work on her customer service! As a customer i should not feel as im a nuisance for needing regular bank services.
The service woman (Marcia) who mentioned she is the store manager and she is keep taking call during servicing us without even saying anything and when we ask her to stop taking the call during servicing us. She was really rude on us and said go to the other place.
I simply ask her to complete our tasks so she can avoid the mistakes. She worked on herself and makes mistakes.
It’s your decision to get the service from TD bank and from this branch or not.
Look at her face, how she serving the customers!
I’ve been calling for days, no one picking up during hours they’re supposed to be open. They’re disgustingly rude even when I spoke to the manger he was careless. Do not go to this branch
Bad service by the manager all I wanted was to cash a check like I do on any other branch
And she didn't allow it so I went to another branch and did it
Steve, a customer rep, manager, went beyond the call of duty to help me with an issue that was completely my own doing. Great personable guy and an asset to Td bank Thanks Steve.

I tried calling to confirm my account information and the phone just kept on ringing. Finally they pick up, the person didn't say anything and just hung up the phone. What kind of branch is this that the employees don't want to work. This is just so unacceptable. I'm moving my account else where. This branch sucks.
I couldn't access my account online because my phone number had changed and I couldn't receive a verification code to verify my identity. I called Customer Service, but they didn't really try to resolve the issue and told me I'd have to visit a branch. How convenient.
I also found the staff at this particular location to be extremely rude, not just to me, but to all customers.
The worst place in the planet earth wasted my 2 hours for nothing just because they don’t know how to do a simple wire transfer even if it’s been done 10 times before for the same person and same info, I hate myself for using their bank,.
I've been a TD member for years, I called 5 times asking them please not to continue sending me paper statements and charging me for it. She was very rude and told me I had to download the app and go into the settings and basically figure it out on my own. Really wish I got her name, the staff at the counter is great and so are most of the other ones but one woman manager has a serious attitude problem.
Vincent at this was accommodating. He went over and beyond to take care of what I needed. 10 stars!
TD love your bank but you need to open up inside like all the other banks have and alleviate the back up at the drive through.
I just loved it here. Everyone was just awesome. Had everything we needed. I want TD to know the amount of value that Teller (jennie) provides for the company in Oceanside, my dad was immediately helped by her, dad wanted to get a new debit card and bank statement and in 3 minutes she handed me the new debit card and statement. Very fast transaction knowing that it was busy day. I have been in a lot of financial institutions in the past and never have been treated so well be a banker before. Im planning to open a business account knowing im in good hands and reliable staffs.
Waiting on the drive-through lane for over one hour to make a deposit with 4 lanes open. That’s definition of “ most convenient bank in America “. Really? !

Very friendly and professional.
Horrible online service, very rude and disrespectful and they dont even attempt to help, also went there earlier, to find that it was closed, the issue came when the lady working there saw me standing in the rain and saw me signaling, she gave no indication that they were closed and refused to even acknowledge me while i stood getting wet and my wallet was destroyed, i later discovered i got there only 5 minutes after closing early.will most likely be changing banks
