Went to try and close my account, rep said she would help, but couldn't do because of pending transaction, so I waited till the transaction cleared, went back to one of the rep and they point to a long line, while there were doing nothing, my point is if you have time why not just help?

*Update* I wanna thank Jillian and roman who actually help me and had hands down the best customer service in that place.

I came here today to open business account and i met Ms. Guiatree and Ms. Shanique. These two ladies have very good nature of helping and they helped me a lot in opening a business bank account. I would refer these two to everyone if anyone want to have good banking experience. Thanks Ms. Guiatree and Ms. Shanique for your help.

Terrible, Horrible, the worst bank! Ms. Shanique has the worst attitude! Called asking about my dad’s CC that still didn’t come But they already sent annual fee! She was on the phone mumbling about me being unhappy with their services! WTH? So unprofessional! You’re so pumped up opening all this accounts BUT actually delivering your job- failure and mumbling about me? Get out! Change your attitude! Be helpful! That’s why you’re there for!

Absolutely horrible! Today makes 7 days that the ATM In the parking lot chewed up a check I deposited- did not return the check and did not deposit the funds. I had to open a claim and 7 days later they are telling me its still being reviewed. No accountability what so ever! No provisional credit to the customer offered when their machine caused this issue! BEYOND frustrated

Horrible, horrible experience, the customer service is atrocious, if I could give 0 stars I would! First off the workers at this branch practically ignore you where you have to shout out for any kind of assistance. Then their attitudes are very rude, like they are better than everyone else and can't be bothered to assist you because they are too busy in their group chats. I rather drive 100 miles to a Bank of America or Chase before I go to this bank again!

Probably the best TD in queens. Employees are super friendly. They do have a bit of a wait time during working hours.

Terrible service. Any time I come in for a transaction whether it be minor or major it appears no one knows what they’re doing. Consistently telling you to call customer service and when you do customer service tells you the branches should be able to handle. It seems like everyone does the bare minimum at this place. Probably the main reason why I closed out my accounts here

Really bad customer service. I was there to make a deposit and the cashier have a really bad actitud, if she don’t like her job, she can find another one but if you are in customer service area you have to your problems at home

I will not be returning to this location honestly I regret going there in the first place. I understand if you are short staff but literally I was sitting in my car for about an hour to get in then I decided to wait by the door. They have no bathroom so if you are there for 2 hours you have to hold it in. Got my transaction done was told to go to the teller. Went to the teller one teller is literally looking and starting at who walks in the door while one girl works and when I express to her that they should be faster she tells they are short staff (but her coworker is sitting there and rolling her eyes at the manager having a conversation with a group of kids). Will go to ozone park or Richmond Hill next time this is the third time at this location and none of them was ever pleasant.

Very slow service. I was the only one at the drive and they took forever to withdraw. And they don't ask or consider the denominations you want. They make a lot of fuss to give the number of denominations you ask for. W a bank for if you don't get the notes you want. Very poor service. Other td branches don't do like them.

I went to this td bank today (saturday) they close at 1pm I got here approximately 12: 26pm to open a new a account and make a big deposit however the staff told me there is 3 people infront of me which there was only one guy and the app said 0 people infront of me. About 5 employees available and they told me they cannot assist me today they're closing. After leaving they called me back to go that everyone else left. Bad service will not be returning to that location. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Seems like no one is willing to work or assist customers.

Extremely long wait, one teller when the line was out the door. Staff came out, saw the line and didn't open another line. When we did see the teller she was very nice but they need to organize better.

America’s most inconvenient bank. Insanely long waits even when there’s only a few customers. The staff is VERY SLOW, very unprofessional, and very disrespectful.
