TD Bank, Chester NY

I have been banking at TD for more than 10 years. This location should not be considered a TD bank. 5 PM close time most days of the week and 6 PM the latest. For people who work and commute, how do you do your banking at this location? Come in on Saturday for the 4 hrs the bank is open then? No inside ATM. Closed deposit lanes. Lines on the inside to deposit. Gonna look into switching banks.

Jessica was not only rude, dis-courteous and impatient but also projected that feeling that she did not want to be there. She also couldn't be bothered since she had a pile of dis-organized and cluttered paperwork on her desk. She shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. Its a shame. Next time I see her, I will walk away.

Five employees and still there to wait, that's always horrible service and they work hated as if they don't want to be there

Staff is always friendly polite professional and genuinely caring about any of my questions or problems and always go the extra mile to help Also the building inside and out is impeccably clean and comfortable

I came in for a replacement debit card after traveling home from work in NYC customer service woman was on the phone. I asked if I could use the bathroom and she said “we don’t have a bathroom”. I said really? Then she said “go have a seat” very disrespectful. Meanwhile I am crossing my legs! I have never been in TD bank that didn’t have a bathroom. Thanks TD! Much appreciated. I think I’ll move my money elsewhere.
