17Waited for an hour and still no help.they help their own people. They skip the line for their same country people. Shame on. When I ask, they said I have to wait. They can’t do anything. They let me wait for more than an hour
Excellect service from Ms. Diki lama. Would like to thank Ms. Diki Lama and entire jackson heights downtown branch for satisfied service and help.
I was just at TD bank today and the service was okay. I was supposed to be helped by someone named Aziz and his general altitude was awful. He took someone else in before me and when asked, he claimed he called me three times. Despite me getting the text that they are ready for me within 2 minutes ago. His altitude and the way he acted was unacceptable and certainly not up to TD bank standards. The security guard was incredibly nice and the person who actually helped me (Diki or Dilki (sorry) was great. So otherwise great besides the incident with this person. The bank should fix the seating arrangement or add more chairs since it serves such a large client population. There was just too much people crowding in one area since there weren’t too many chairs. Anyways, I am def going to reach out to a manager or someone higher on this person because you can not speak to clients like that. Disgusting behavior.

This branch of TD bank is a Shame ridiculous place machines are always full to do cash deposit always full to the top of people 4 ATM for a huged comercial area! We need a TD bank at 80 Street and Roosevelt Ave Jackson heights Queens Ny.and we need better treatment from costumers services in this Banks.mustly Rude people working there and don't mention Brooklyn New York branch.can't wait to find me a better bank!
Wait forever, I did online appointment and still have to wait forever. It was like 9 people ahead and wait like 10 min it’s reduced to 8 people ahead and now 9 people ahead again. I went to ask the lady at the booth she said nothing wrong with it just have to wait.

Keep in mind, It is always busy compared to other TD bank branches.
Today i went to the bank at 1.30 and they are already closed. But in online they said we are open till 2.
Ms. Diki lama help me so much. She showed me how to setup TD Alert because I always want a double security in my account. She also help me to fix my online banking in a very professional way.thank you Diki lama for being an excellent Td staff. Highly appreciated your work.
Ms Diki Lama as a td representative very good. She show a demo penny check deposit from ATM and td app. Td has a brilliant staff like Ms. Diki Lama. She thinks like a customer and explain all fees and benefits as well. Thank you Td bank for having Diki Lama. I Love td service so much. I always do share the green.
I know that there’s ton of negative reviews about this branch regarding their service and executives but that’s just cause of how busy it’s gets due to the location. I myself had a great experience at this branch, the service was really efficient and the staff were really polite and friendly. Especially their customer executive Zarin, who was extremely polite and helpful, as well as their front desk executive Inderdeep.
So my advice would be to visit the branch during non prime time hours/days.
By far the absolute worst bank branch EVER! This branch is always crowded which is obviously not their fault as this is a very busy area but the fact that their are numerous people waiting to see a client service rep and the service reps are sitting around in their offices not assisting anyone while people are sitting waiting for hours is crazy.
Worst service ever especially the manger had me waiting for 3 hours to open a new account and said sorry we are closed now. Rather go to another bank now no more td thanks to the service provided here.
Great service, great team. But I won't return to this location. It always smells bad. They need better ventilation. Fresh Air.
Always problems here. On many occasions, multiple/all ATMs down (example: out of cash. Really? Isn't this a bank?) Always long line ups. Customer service is horrible; the representatives are clueless which means a lot of time gets wasted with nothing accomplished (for example, having to make multiple trips because representatives did not make clear to me what documentation was required to complete the task at hand). I have always had issues with TD bank and this branch only makes it worse. I intend to move to another bank. TD in general is horrible. Constant issues with card getting declined for reason - leaving me stranded, without the ability to pay for things (like recently, trying to pay for gas) ; never any outreach from fraud to provide a warning in advance. Having to spend hours on the phone with TD to solve the problem and then more time having to fix payments. TD is the exact opposite of convenience.
No seating facilities for the customers. Lot of people standing around and I had to stand for 30 mins! One customer was on scratch and he was standing for 30 mins, none of the employees cared about him. Rubbish place.
Very Bad Service in this branch.
Worst bank ever my card got blocked at their atm machine and they cant do anything i had to wait next day. Again next day my card got blocked again. But they said they told me but they didnt even tell me to not to do that. But they were like so rude. I just hate their service they dont understand the word emergency.
