7I rarely come to the bank. I do it all online. But when I do need to come here, they are very nice, but there is a wait so come early.
One of the best branches in the city but one Bangladeshi lady brakes everything. Trying to show for everyone like she's super smart teller.
This branch is unprofessional and treats their customers horribly. Between the long lines, constant break down of atms, changing their weekend hours, and poor customer service, I have had enough. Sylvester was rude when asked a question regarding ending a paper statement fee. Your bank has a habit of charging fees and changing terms of accounts with little to no notice to your customers.
This big push to do online business does not meet the needs of every customer including me. I will be ending my relationship with TD bank and my advice is to employ people that care about their job and helping customers.
This is my 2nd time coming to the Georgetown branch in Brooklyn for same thing. 1st time, I left wait to long. Haven't seen a person yet. Called while sitting here. Representative was apologetic but a little bit sarcastic.
Went there to have a check cashed out today. The lady at the counter was thinking that it was suspicious so she went and spoke to the floor manager. After clearing out with him, she called the check owner and ask him to clarify everything. He confirmed everything but refused to give personal information since the call was very odd and the lady was asking personal questions to him. Even though he clarified everything, they refused to have my check cashed out for no reason at all. The floor manager was yelling at me telling me that I should be thankful to them for not having the cash checked. Everyone was being so racist due to my accent and thinking I was funny. This is a racist place filled up with racist people refusing to do what they should even when everything is as it should be.
The service was amazing with Mardannie Cherisme, helps as to open a checking and saving account within 15 mins.

Was customer for a years since it is in the neighbourhood. Now most of the tellers are new. I’m not sure if the know how to count or how to move. You wait on the line forever. Plus they are rude and not helpful at all. Not coming back anymore. Better drive to the one on Gravesend Neck Rd. Customer service much better and line goes fester not matter how many people if front of you.
