TD Bank, Brooklyn NY

I needed to wait for like 20 minutes which kind of surprised me considering the everybody now have their app and do online banking. But overall it was very nice and we got the best service.

Ciara customer service is terrible she is very disrespectful and hung the phone up on me. Would not recommend this branch.

The manager is awesome I believe she’s the manager if not she needs to be. The light skin girl she’s really professional, nice, very helpful and she tries everything in her power to help you. The other 2 staffs that were females sitting down very unprofessional and I had an issue with my account and they didn’t wanna talk about it in my face but I heard them whispering about it soon as I walked away. They were talking about other staff and just complaining why come to work just to complain.

Better off going to Court St TD Bank if you want prompt service. And they never improve in this area.

The customer service is terrible. I had a situation that I needed help with my online banking and when I called customer service Ciara did not help me, she did not transfer me to a manager I requested and rudely hung up the phone on me. That is not how customer service works and I will be closing out my bank account today on lunch!

I don’t always take time to write reviews but I had to take a couple of minutes to compliment Janiya at this TD Bank with her extraordinary customer service skills. My needs were met with a smile, she also solved an issue I’ve been having for quite some time. She took time to see how my day was while handling business. I appreciate her & will continue to come to this Branch!

Worst TD branch I've ever stepped into. They clearly don't value their customers since it's 3 in the afternoon & there's only 1 person assisting clients. Been in here for about an hour now. Absolutely unacceptable. Should've followed my gut & went to the Greenpoint branch.

My great great grandmother move faster than the workers. They don't deserve one star, the deserve less than half. I have been waiting for an hour with only one person a head of me. This is not my first time coming and waiting so long. There we workers that was just sitting when the could help the customers.

I wish I could give them half a star. Im sitting here still waiting for an agent. There are 4 people ahead of me and only one agent who seems to take an average hour per person to take care of customers
