9This is the worst bank to go to for anything except to use the ATM machine. The staff is super slow and rude. The workers take forever to call customers who need service whether they are waiting on line for the teller or for customer service. They also seem to not really know about all the banking sevices on top of that. All these employees need to fired and new people hired.
I've been a TD customer (this time around) for nearly a year. I had left some years ago, but for reasons other than customer service. Their service has always been great as far as I'm concerned. That being said; this is the first TD Bank I've ever been in where I felt, at least somewhat, unwelcome.
This branch is in a relatively large Jewish enclave. I happen to be Jewish (proud to be, in fact), half Israeli. I've also had my fair share of Orthodox friends and acquaintances, and know that they can come off somewhat aloof at first. So when I first got this impression; I let it slide.
But when I sat in the waiting area for over 20 minutes, making eye contact with a customer service rep who was having a friendly conversation with a customer, more than doing business. And another one who was unpacking his bag, ie.getting his lunch out, just basically getting ready for his day, instead of helping me. I decided it was time to go. My business can wait till I go to a place where I'm going to be treated, not as the most important person in the room, but at least a priority higher than unpacking a lunchbox.:)
Taking this branch as a TD anomaly.
The TD bank sucks!
There is one particular teller who is very difficult and not friendly. She does things o purpose just to make you problems.
I literally had to waste my time and go to a different TD facility all because she was being difficult and rude.
Never will I set foot in this facility
Every time I stop by this bank to use the ATM it's always out of service. Tonight was my 5th time. So much for being "America's most convenient bank"
This Bank Is Horrible I'm Writing This While Waiting On Line There Service Is Horrible There Employees Don't Even Speak English Like That And There Everyday Process Is just bad.
This Bank has horrible servive. Your waiting process will be forever. When You arrive at the window the lady that's working there is the slowest td bank employee I've ever seen.good luck with your experience here.
Bad service, I was there waiting to assist but they are just talking. Hello customers waiting get ur attention. I just walk out.
My friend's business account was hacked and the money was taken out.
T. D. Bank refuses to refund her money AND
They are still charging her fees on the money that was taken out of the account.
I wanted to recognize the teller who helped count the pennies, dimes and quarters for my kids savings. She was so friendly. I am grateful that instead of brushing us off or rushing, she took the time to handle my daughters guardian account as if it were a million dollars. That makes all the difference in customer service.
