8Customer service is the worst. The only branch where you have to conduct cash transaction through a walk up drive thru window.: putting customers at risk. I wish I could give them no star.
Tried going to make a deposit. Appointment only so I tried going through the drive thru. I pressed the call teller button and when I told them I was making a deposit into a checking account and that I didn’t have a deposit slip, they said they would be coming outside. I waited and eventually a woman came outside. I don’t know if she was the teller because she just faced away from me and started to play a video on her phone without saying anything. After about 15 mins I decided to just leave because I didn’t know what was going on. I saw her motioning the next car to come up so I guess she worked there? Go to the myrtle location about a mile away instead. Much better customer service
Doooo nooooot and never go to this branch it’s the worst I’ve been there and they didn’t provide me with any service they wasted my afternoon staff very rude especially This person Abida Chowdhury she asked me to go other bank if I don’t like the service!
I used to come to his bank twice a month before the virus pandemic it was always a quick transaction never had a problem. Now since the pandemic I noticed it’s very crowded they have handled it very poorly cars are waiting in long lines people are waiting outside on long lines they don’t allow you in they don’t seem to have a solution on how to handle The situation it’s been four months now And the problem is still going on other banks have handled it very well TD doesn’t seem to have a solution here At this location on fresh Pond Road
I had a question and was put on hold for an hour. He didn't say to please hold or anything, just put on hold
The bank address is correct, but on the map it is wrong.
Bank is on the corner of Fresh pond Road and METROPOLITAN Ave, not Flushing Ave!
