My names is Alexis and everything here was on point. From Grayson’s singing to our waiter Helin’s wonderful service and giving us the best recommendations. Then you had quiet Alex but he was just very funny. Everyone on the ride makes you feel at home and the atmosphere makes you feel like royalty. You learn fun facts too while you are on the ride. Thank you again to all of the services! My cousin had a wonderful time for her birthday! I would work here in the future! Ps Grayson’s singing is one of the best I have heard in a while!

A unique New York experience wherein we traveled the streets of NY in a relaxing and effervescent atmosphere. Big thanks to the excellent staff! Both servers were great. Joe was friendly and attentive. Jared was cheerful and charmed us with his exceptional singing voice and provided interesting facts of various sites. Delightful afternoon! Thank you!

We loved this tour of NYC! Best place to get your visit started! Tea was HOT, food was dainty and delicious. Server Hannah was on it and service with a smile. And our singer Josh was amazing! Highly recommend! PS my ONLY disappointment was that we didn't get to keep the Tea Cup as we did on the same type of tour we took in London. It would have been a great souvenir to show and recommend to my friends.

Horrible cancelation and change of time policy. We were late for 5 minutes for 1pm because we couldn’t find parking. Called the customer service, they said we have to pay 50% fee to reschedule. That comes out to a lot since we got the premium package. The only available time was 4: 30pm the same day. And they left us with no choice because cancelation on the same day doesn’t give any refund. Horrible and stressful experience, we didn’t even get a chance to experience the thing itsel yet

Yes it's super cute. That's it tho. The ride is nice the T is terrible so is the coffee. The waitress was mad cuz she was alone and couldn't keep up. Go eat dinner somewhere for what you would spend here.

I absolutely enjoyed myself and the & the food was delightful. My server Jhana was by herself and still respectful and attentive and the overall experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

My friend and I enjoyed ourselves on our little date. The food and service was amazing thanks to our server Jhana. Who happened to be alone but made sure we were well attended and our experience was amazing.

Joseph was phenomenal! Above and beyond! The atmosphere and decor was wonderful! The entertainment…. Jared…. Was amazing! Love this experience!

We came 1,5 to this place. Could find parking anywhere on Sunday around. Called them. Asked to wait 5 min after our time. Or if they have any spots during the day available to reschedule.
They told us they will reschedule tour for 50%! More payment on top.

Our Sunday is ruined and I even don’t want to go there now.

I was so exited about this place. Very sad.
