16So generously inside the bank, they take care of you like family. I had a huge problem and they solve it in a few days. I got myself back and even better. Mr. Adams had helped me, and even more, to make sure I have the right account. Mr. Adams is a blessing if I need any help I will go straight to him. Always make sure you make an appointment so you will be taken care of. You either can go near your branch, call, or make an online appointment it will be better that way.
Line 10 deep some times more only 2 tellers on, no urgency in anyone, drive through two lanes closed and their out dated ATM can’t take a deposit ‘at this time’ hope you have time to spare if your coming to this bank
I've been banking here at rhe Farmingville location for more than 40 years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, I can no longer issue tis sentiment. Since TFCU has expanded and added numerous banking locations, the service has declined dramatically.
A point in case that I have brought to their attention before, is a lack of tellers during the "busy" times of the day. After, say 2 p.m. To closing you need more than 2 tellers. Twice, I've waited on a line waiting for the next teller. However, the customer must have had multiple transactions, while myself and the others waited on line to a point of frustration.
When I spoke to management about this, their reply was that they could not get enough personnel. Really? ! That is a horrible excuse.
TFCU was once a pleasant place to do your banking. It's not anymore.
No good service they locked me in for 2years at. 70 interest. Will pull out all my money bad advice and no service. Renew cd at the receptionist desk.
I would have given less than 1 star of possible.this place is run like garbage, 11 people waiting in line and only 2 windows open, after literally 25 min online and still not any closer to getting to the teller, I had to walk out before I said something I would regret. What a waste of time, no regards for the people who actually make it possible for them to have a job in the 1st place. The absolute worse experience I've ever had in banking, bar none.
Be prepared to wait online at this location for a REALLY LONG TIME, they don't know what they're doing behind the teller line and management clearly doesn't care or it wouldn't be a consistent 20+ min wait olive every time I go there.
Putting a hold on people's payroll checks is absurded. Charging customers extra fees for using their own money. Phone wait time cause there are so many issues. Wait times in office and issues with putting checks into accounts.
Slowest bank on the planet. Open more than two tellers on a busy day! Line was out the door.
I have been a member for 35years, and I still believe a credit union is a better way to bank, however, the last 3years TFCU has had poor telephone customer service, very long wait times, very frustrating.
I was going to put 3 stars because of the wait for someone to help me for a vechicle loan. Madison from member services is the reason why I put 5 stars. Even though submitting all the docs and finalizing the loan took 2 hours. I want to thank Madison for her patience and making the prices go smooth! She was awesome
You would think that they would better serve their customers by extending their hours on their drive-through. Open earlier and close later. Being that it is the only way to back with them. The customer service has declined greatly throughout the years and this is just another example of how out Touch banks like this are with the community.

It's closed today and they don't even bother to let people know publicly that they're not open. Money withdrawal is not available from both ATM for an hour. The answer I got from an associate is we just came so we can't fix that. 7/24 Atm. Ridiculous
So the old atm drive thru are my 100 dollars lastnight when I tried to deposit it. I called the bank in the morning and they corrected it within 24 hours of the issue. The 100$ placed in my account as it should have been. I’m so relieved, the service rep on the phone, so polite and helpful. Thank you for rectifying the issue so quickly.
Lying, cheating, stealing, life destroying credit union. My advice is to stay clear and don't trust a word they say.
