I have banked at TFCU for over forty years. I have always been treated with the upmost respect. The bank holds my mortgage, and I have availed myself of other loans during that 40+ years. It couldn’t ask your finer service.
Do not do a merchant dispute with teachers federal credit union their debit department make it very hard to complete the dispute they will denied the dispute and you will never get your money back
My brother and I were discrimated against today. The Manager/Supervisor/Notary denied us service, stating she was uncomfortable with the identification we provided and repeatedly asked us for other IDs with company’s we do not contract with. Our IDs have all the nevessary and proper info on it. I will be contacting the branch manager and the comapny CEO to address this discrimination privately.
