I went to the pet dog and puppies. Very expensive for puppies adorable n love them. In the Queens outside around. Just looking around about breed puppies. I want take puppy my favorite Chihuahua so very cutie! Pretty sure.

Cute puppies. They all look healthy and seem friendly. I never interacted with the owner personally. He's only interested in buying customers. So don't bother talking to him unless you want to buy a puppy. The store could use a major renovation. Its not very clean

This place tries to sell sick animals for extreme profits. How can you charge thousands of dollars for an albino animal, when they are horribly bred and have tremendous health issues?

We got our puppy here, he is a fun and healthy pup.

I came here out of curiosity to buy a dog. If you’re not buying a dog, they treat you like complete garbage. Very disrespectful and make you feel obligated to buy a dog from them. The dogs in there look scared and i advised the store owner that the one i was interested in was scared. I told them maybe not today and I got treated like complete garbage. I have never felt so disrespected ever in my life. If you don’t plan to buy a dog, don’t come here not even to look because you will be disappointed especially on the living condition these puppies are in. Just look at the rest of the comments and tell for yourself. I will not be coming back here and give them my business. Absolutely 0 customer service. When i told him i wasn’t interested, he told me “Yeah, I thought so. ”

Went to this place today out of curiosity, it broke my heart the condition these puppies were in. The cages were filthy, old, rusty, and cluttered. One puppy was so scared he ran to the back of the cage. Only makes me wonder what do they do to these poor creatures and where do they get them from. Someone should have them investigated. The place also wreaked. 15 years of business means absolutely nothing when there’s no decency for the animals inside the establishment. Disgusting.

The most horrible store I have ever been to. I took my baby puppy for grooming and not only did I get him back 4 hours later but he was so scared and tearing. He did not eat for 2 days including that night and looked so drowsy. I got so scared that I had to take him to the doctor and pay more money out of pocket. No customer service and no comfort at all.
Would not recommend this place at all.

The day I got into this store I felt totally in love with the puppies there, choosing the most adorable, cute and cheerful teacup chihuahua I've ever seen. My little one came with vaccines, microchip and NYC dog license of Health Department. She’s been healthy, happy and playful since the day I bought her. The owner was extremely helpful by answering all my doubts and questions about my new little one. I could notice He and his staff are very attentive, cordial, helpful with customers and are always attentive to needs of the puppies as well. I could also see that the store is clean, neat and organized, they are constantly mopping floors and keeping everything in order by cleaning the cages and the exhibition area. I don’t have any complaint. In addition they have a large and variety stock such as healthy food, toys, beds, clothes, accessories, etc. I can highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a healthy and lovely puppie to brighten up their lives. I’m so happy and grateful since “Lola” came into my life. Thank you “Teacup Pup Corporation”!

We visited this place just once and fell in love with this dog but I can assure it’s not a very clean place. We saw other dogs that looks depressed or maybe sick. My dog smells and has feces around his fur even after being bathed. He also has an ear infection at the time. I just wished they pay more attention in they’re health care. I just don’t think being in business for years are enough to say they care for the animals.

I actually happened to call a couple days ago asking if you were hiring and you had said “Not at the moment” That same day I was walking down the stairs of the place and coincidently you were there smoking a cigarette and I was telling my friend next to me how I called earlier and you said “Not at the moment” and then you happened to just be there and repeat back to me “Not at the moment” What a funny moment! I have no hate against you at all just wanted to email to say that you missed out on one of the most determined, smart and puppy loving crazy girl ever. I have amazing customer service skills, knows how to deal with rude customers and can work through almost everything except a rude boss. I would’ve really appreciated the job not just for the money but I have a loving personality for the dogs you have in your shop. I have my own dogs, trained them, raised them stayed up all night making them feel safe and happy in a new environment. Again this wasn’t a think about it and reach out to me again email, this was more of a you missed out on a great opportunity email. Anyways I wish you your best, I still love your dogs and will continue visiting them just because I’m obsessed. Best-Simona

We just bought a dog yesterday, and she is the happiest and calmest little dog ever. She never barks or bites, and she is very healthy.we got a teacup yorkie and she is the best dog anyone can ask for

I bought 2 puppies from here. A jack Russel in 2016 and yesterday I bought a Shih Tzu poodle. Very nice owner and the dogs are healthy and great

The dogs in this store are very dirty and the cages are beyond old. The dogs don’t even have beds to sleep on, they have newspaper. The dogs just seem so depressed, it hurts my heart. Even tho they’re animals, they should never be treated like this. ASPCA needs to be called on this store because this is just sad.

I asked about the puppies parents of the puppies and he told me they are perfect condition (HE DIDNT SHOW ANY PROOF OF IT). I asked him about if he has a picture or video that show the conditiones of the puppies were in (HE DIDNT). We buy a puppie we have the right to know of the condtions of their mom' puppies.he said we have more
15 years doing this, but he forgot mención that they have many reviews about unhealthy puppies and some die. He only care about the money!

Horrible store! Everytime i pass by the puppies are dirt, smell horrible, they dont treat the puppies properly, its hot inside but dont care about the puppies, smell to pee. IF IS LIKE OUTSIDE TO THE PUBLIC I DONT WANNA IMAGINE INSIDE! HORRIBLE!

Every time I walk by and look at the puppies in the window I’m tempted to buy one. But at the same time these dogs look dirty. The inside of the store doesn’t smell any better. Yes they poop and pee that’s why their cages should constantly be cleaned. On a few occasions I went in to see the dogs they had inside and in the corners of the cage on the wall were roaches. Some dead and some alive. I have no reason to lie about that either. How this establishment has been able to continue running its business is beyond me because it needs a lot of work.

I bought my baby here in January 2021. Mark was really nice and patient with me and my bf. (Rocket) has brought so much love and happiness into our lives. He is a happy little guy and is very VERY affectionate lol Very in love with my handsome pup!

My puppy was $4,200 and had some health needs such as a parasite and outdated vaccines. He also had feces in his fur the day I took him home. The store owner Mark is very friendly and accommodating however only markets these puppies as cute and sweet. They are also a life that you are going to be responsible for. My puppy became very sick and he is fine now, but his vet bills have been about $1,000 in 2 months. He also grew very fast and has a lot of energy. The store markets “small cute puppies” but they grow up and have needs! This is important and the store does not acknowledge this.
