Free drinks from 4-5 pm but they ain’t clear with how this works. Won’t let people in after 5 which is extremely unfair for those who’ve been waiting in line for over 30 mins. Should’ve let people know earlier when they out of drinks and toppings. Really disappointed marketing.

They were doing free drinks from 4-5pm today, and the staff said all the people can get free drinks as long as they get in the store before 5pm. However around 4: 50pm, another staff said to all the people in the line that they cannot get the free drink cause it almost 5pm. Seriously? People has been waited outside for hour to get in the store. And this is super disrespectful to everyone’s time. And the staff should have told everyone earlier so people can decide if they still want to wait in the line or not. Lots of people argued with the staff, but the staff was really rude and not respectful. He almost yelled at people in the line. If Teazzi wants to do giveaway like this, then organize better, other wise don’t do it. And please hire better employee! This staff really ruined the reputation of this store!

Teazzi held a giveaway event today from 4-5pm. A employee came out at 4: 30pm and announced that free drink will be available for ppl in store before 5pm. After an hour of waiting, we made it in at 4: 50. At 4: 55pm a guy claiming he’s one of the store managers came to us telling he’s cutting off the line right in front of us. And that we will have to pay for our drink. He argued with ppl in the line and it was extremely unpleasant. The other employees all agree to offer free giveaway to ppl who has already made it in store while he came out for the second time arguing with the queue in a very disrespectful and rude manner. I have to make it clear that we got the free drink eventually, but there’s definitely some staff training this store need to do. And if you’re doing free giveaway to attract potential customers, you need to know how to do your business.

The tapioca is hard and disgusting. It tasted like they leave their tapioca in the fridge for a long time.

I have always heard that the milk here is very similar to Taiwan. This time I finally tried what everyone recommended.
- Amber milk honey $6.5,3/3 sugar temperature: Hmm.it tastes like the creamer tea in a breakfast shop.it does make people feel like they are back in Taiwan.it's just that I don't like the taste of creamer. I have a friend who likes milk very much. It has a refined taste, so I highly recommend it. If you leave out the milk, the tea is good! But I will give this cup a 3.5/5. I’ll try other items next time.
.
I would like to add: If you order online for takeout, it will cost you $2, which is really a lot (even if it says 5% off, it will still be more expensive than buying it on-site!), so it is recommended that everyone buy it on-site~
.
The store is clean and beautiful, quite spacious, there are not many people, and you usually don’t have to wait too long.

Tried mung bean slush. No option of adjusting the sugar level. Sweet as hell. Doesn't care about customers' need

Stopped by with my gf to grab a nice cold drink. Asked for a mango green tea and ended up ordering a mango slush that was really good. One of the ladies behind the register started to work on the mango teas before we finished our order. The man at the register was nice enough to bag up the extra drinks and give it to us for free. The drinks were all amazing and the service is excellent - will be stopping by whenever I’m in the Union square area.

Very impolite customer service, I went all the way to order, and I was treated differently~ Discrimination should be illegal, the customer service claimed that my suggestion was not advisable, and other customer service would like it. Then I will never go to this store again, discriminatory shop

Never heard of this brand before. I just happened to be around this area today and gave it a shot. Just got their signature 4 seasons milk tea (50% sugar) and it tasted amazing. If you like milk tea with stronger tea flavor then this is for you

The drinks are really good, but kinda pricy. I really like the display of the shop and would come back.

Passion fruit orange ️️️️️: comes with 4 seasons tea and had a nice blend of fruity and tea flavor.

Peach oolong ️️️: for some reason, this tasted super watered down even tho we got the same sweetness/ice level for both. Might have just got unlucky with the tea.

Rudest cashier I met in the city. Terrible service is a serious problem and they should realize it.

One of the best milk tea places! High quality tea and perfect level of sweetness for those who want to feel the taste.

Hands-down one of the best/most authentic bubble tea spots in Manhattan. Consistent quality over the years

Pu'er milk tea was insanely refreshing. My wife got the peach fruit tea and it was also really good. Really feels like a premium quality product.
