We recently bought a 2022 Ram 2500 & it was the best vehicle experience my husband & I ever had. We made things more complicated by needing to register our vehicle in GA instead of NY, and Ryan was very helpful, and stayed in touch with us through the process. We had gone to a Chevy Dealer prior who told us we could absolutely not register a vehicle in another state, so we are very thankful to have met Ryan who worked with us.

So, I’ve never been to this place until just under a week ago. My father took me since my old car had 5 different lights come on the day prior. We both got there and I was nervous at first cause I haven’t had great experiences at dealerships that use to take care of my car. I walked in behind my dad and notice one lady at her desk. Her name was Nicole. She greeted us with a smile and automatically made us feel cared about when we were made a priority. She had someone figure what was wrong with the car while listing all our options. I ended getting a new car. In just about a day she was able to cool our anxiousness, help us come to a decision and figure out a way to execute our plan. I had a feeling she had good intentions after she had a conversation and got to know me personally and why I chose what I did. Now I happily own a Nissan and have a place I can confidently bring it to that will tell me how it is and not just want to make money off me. Those guys made my first experience amazing.

This week I had the opportunity to buy a vehicle from TechForce Automotive. All I can say this this experience was wonderful.

I initially stopped to find out my trade in value, and inquire about a vehicle on the lot I had both my teenagers, and toddler in the car. Despite helping another (Very happy) customer at the same time, and being the only sales person there on a Saturday, Nicole was very tentative to us, helping quickly, even letting my daughter come in to use their private restroom.

- A few days go by and we decided to do it, we upgraded to the bigger vehicle. Nicole had EVERYTHING ready for us, helped with everything along the way, and had me in my new car in 45 mins. She didn't even bat an eyelash when she had to count out $XX, XXX cash 15 mins before her shift ended.

All I can say is these are awesome people & I will forever be coming back to TechForce.
