Teixeira's Polaris, Hyde Park NY

Bought a new razr side by side. They were rude and had this attitude like they couldn't be bothered. They charge you for delivery even though a few miles away, and barley give you any gas. Will not do business with again.

This place used to be a very convenient place to bring my motorcycles. Last year they stopped working on bikes that weren’t their “brand” whatever that means. Now they only do inspections on Saturday. Don’t waste your time find a real shop. I used them despite being told their mechanics were trash. Now their services are garbage to match. Never again!

Today I lost a blade off of my husqvarna tractor that was less than a year old. I was able to get replacement blade ftom the retailer i
purchased from. Not without incident. The supervisor put them at customer service for me although an associate put them in returns.
I was not able to get the bolt necessary to install. They dont sell it.
I calked the Teixeira store. It was after closing but Paul went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase of the needed parts. He was
Even willing to get the parts near my home. The service was absolutely outstanding and true customer service. I will also recommend to anyone to use thier store. I must shamefully admit. I work for the original retailer.but things change

I have dealt with them a number of times over 10 years, and they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wanna say I had a great experience with my purchase dealing with Joe the sales rep and everything else. I will definitely send friends and family there to purchase stuff and got a great deal on the 2015 570 sportsman they had machine is in excellent shape and condition.
