The guy at the front door was rude.there are no stairs and senior citizens are struggling to go up stairs while men sit at front just watching

Ehh the place is ok nothing that catches my eye the clothes aren't the best or best looking, meaning nothing I would wear but that's just personal preference.

The old man manager has a very bad attitude. I don't think its appropriate the way he speaks to customers. The last day was my holiday unfortunately it'was the very last day to return an item. When I tried to explain it was the wrong size and I couldn't use a credit because I live in Florida he growled and said to the cashier ""get him out of here and take care of the next customers " I'm going to write a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Dept.of sales and Finance in N. Y. C

Telco needs more updated clothes. Their style of clothing are mostly for older men and women. Materials are cheap, everything has loud flowers or some weird shape design. They need more variety of styles.

Horrible! Downstair only have one cashier. Price for Clorox, hand Sanitizer, wipes went up double if not triple.

This store is not bad. They have bargain priced clothing. The quality is not bad. They have clothing for males, females and children clothing too! They also have all kinds of house hold items. They have many cashiers, but those gals are not too friendly. They seem to have a cold mannerism, perhaps it stems from their culture. They need to improve on that. They are in America now and want customers to keep coming back to their store. Sometimes the store has long lines. I don't mind the wait for a good bargain. Right now they have a selection of Winter coats for men and women on sale. You should check out the bargain prices and the quality of the coats is pretty good. I just bought a 3/4 parker for $30 bucks and I am happy with my purchase. Make a trip to one of their stores soon and find your own bargains!

DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. HORRIBLE STORE & WORKERS The only way I can rate it is by giving it a star which it does not deserve, Rude workers, workers are extremely rude messy store, looks like a pig sty, they think way to highly of their garbage.

Every and anything you need for the household or personal. Clothing for Male and female on first floor. Household in floor below. Everything is very inexpensive, you won't come here for top shelf brands but you also won't find cheap merchandise either. Great buy for your money. If you're looking for kitchen ware, dining room, living room it's all here. No big item furniture but small items you can get to compliment your rooms and add a little swag if you ever feel like it.

First time visiting the store and had an excellent experience. Affordable clothing with a wide variety including items for plus sized individuals. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Was able to get a great selection of items for work and casual wear. Would definitely recommend and return.

Lots of selections and really affordable prices. I will definitly come back to this store to shop.

. Great store for price shoppers, once I shopped there came out four pairs of jeans and six pairs of jocky shorts less than $80: 00!

The store has s wide variety of merchandise including household goods and clothing. However customer service is very poor. The floor workers are very uncourteous and unhelpful!

I found this store pretty strange because it didn't have a fitting room. This is a clothes store for heaven sake.

I see they changed around a few things. Clothes are okay. Madrag in Georgetown Mall sells better things

I gave them 5 stars u could get everything u need there and almost every one is very nice help u out if u need something much help infact all my children shop there we love it Price's are the best thanks

I do love this Ralph Avenue location well organized a lot of help much much better than Avenue U location

If you don't know about the great deals here you better ask somebody. Or better yet go check them out!

The worst place the Indian old lady was acting like someone forced her to work there I asked her for help and she gave me the attitude

Went to purchase items. Prices good but the fact that you have to take home the clothes and try them on, then return and return and return, (until you get the right fit) to exchange is not commendable.

Cheap clothing, not the worse quality but nothing comparable to any brand names, lrices are good at least
