Recently stopped by, food was great. Some of the fastest and most attentive waiters I’ve seen in Manhattan while also giving you the space to enjoy the meal. I’ll be dreaming about the saganaki. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by their new location at Good Enough to Eat on Columbus Ave. Chicken Souvlaki was the best. Chicken was flame broiled to perfection. Gyro was very good as well. Staff was quite friendly and professional. So glad they are closer to home.

Tips were inflated here by server Yiannis in September 2022. My food total of $99+tax+tip of $126.00 (+18.2% Tip already) was inflated to $130.79 when I got my credit card statement (so Yiannis wanted 23% instead).
Otherwise the place has good food, and I am a regular customer.

Ordered 2 burgers: one medium rare and one well done. Both arrived medium rare! It was a late order so by the time I realized and called the restaurant they had already closed. The second burger went uneaten and I am down $25!

The food was so good that we forgot to take pictures. Excellent last minute choose since Carmines was way too busy and messed up our reservation. I had the grilled salmon over zucchini noodles in a tomato cream sauce. I’m still thinking about it. Definitely recommend the grilled jumbo shrimp appetizer.

Great neighborhood restaurant and always reliable with large portions and quality food. Fairly priced, friendly waitstaff. There aren't many restaurants like it so give it a try! Fab salads!

Absolutely one if the best restaurants on the UWS. We love everything we order, but my favorite is the spinach pie. Great service and wonderful people who work here.

Great food and nice environment for a casual dinner. Sat outside on a weeknight and they had live pianist as well which was a nice touch. Would eat here again.

Great service and food. The Greek wine Retsina went perfectly with our fried calamari and hugh platter of Greek appetizers. Outdoor seating on Broadway was great

I have had a few dinners here. Food is okay and same with the service. Saturday evenings are lovely with the live music.

Lovely atmosphere with outdoor seating and live music. Pizza was great. Excellent people watching spot, great friendly service. I kissed the love of my life for the first time here while someone sang La Vie en Rose. I hope to return one day.

I’m a big fan of Greek food and we came to Telio for lunch because it was a convenient location and had great outdoor seating. For 2 apps, 2 salads, 1 combo ($40 entree) and an Aperol spritz, lunch was $165 (almost $200 with tip)! I’m a New Yorker so normally the price tag isn’t the issue. For that amount of money, the gyro in the salad and the combo plate was sooooo dry. The lamb, chicken and meatball in the combo plate was also so dry, it was actually inedible. To top it off, service (albeit friendly) was painfully slow and I counted 6 table tops for lunch. If you’re looking for a quick lunch spot, keep walking. I can’t recommend this place unfortunately, for the low quality food and service.

This is a friendly little place. Unfortunately, the Greek food is not very good here. We ordered saganaki, which arrived barely cooked and the avegolemono soup had way too much flour. The Greek salad was OK, but nothing special, and even the branzino failed to impress. I like that they have live music, but the singers were off key and the guitar was out of tune. Overall, not terribly impressive.
