This company is the worst. Voicemail always full. I’ve been trying to get coverage for my mother who is 87 years old for over 2 years. She is level 1. That means she really needs help. The only reason I stay with this company is we have a couple great caregivers. I don’t understand if you don’t fill the hours the company doesn’t get paid. Maybe they don’t need the money.
