Terminix, Rochester NY

Been with them maybe a month. Missed 2 appointments. No callback. Tried to call for 3 days and no reply. They knew there was a scheduled appointment. Maybe selective schedule? Call me and at least let me know. I owned a company for 9 years and at least would have the audacity to call a customer back.

I never receive a survey from Terminix. I asked the technician he said, everyone doesn't get one. Everyone should get one like most businesses do.
My technician, Todd, is awesome. Always listening, asks questions and makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered.
GIVE TODD A RAISE!

I really appreciate everything he does for me. Terminix isn't cheap by any means, I stay with Terminix because of Todd.

Very professional and explained what products were being applied to mitigate insects and pests at our home and farm.

Great tech, poor scheduling fall exterior treatment in November is too late for fall prevention. I need to find an effective service provider

I had an appointment for Saturday 8-10. They never showed up. I called and was told it was cancelled but never received notification. I now have to reschedule my work day on Monday.

I had appointment with them. The guy called and wanted to come an hour and a half earlier and I said no we need to keep our same time and he never showed up I called to get another appointment with someone they came didn't evaluate the house left made another appointment they never showed up

Terminix came within one day to take care of bees' nest in soffit of house. The service was effective and the company followed up with phone call to make sure all was well,

DO NOT USE. Cancelled services in July, and just received a threatening phone call that if I didn't pay for July's services (that were supposed to be cancelled), that i'll be sent to collections. Was then told that they had no notes of the cancellation, and didn't make any effort to look into the situation, just wanted money. Criminal acts by a criminal organization. STAY AWAY

They came out soon after I called but then looked around my house. Wrote stuff down and never called me or sent me an email like they said they would. How are you going to come in someone’s house then ghost them? You’re a business? It’s fine. We gave a local company our money.

Terrible service. Called about an issue. They offered an inspection with an estimate. I scheduled it with them and then confirmed twice through text message. Now, 24 hours from the appointment, they say they are not in the area and can't do the inspection. They can provide service the next day at their normal prices but not the inspection. I'm calling a different company.

I like the communication. A phone call a couple days before, a text when he got here, a text when he was done. Answered all my questions.

For all of the negative comments regarding poor communication on the company’s behalf, I’d recommend communicating directly with your technician once you meet them! Most of the customer service representatives don’t know what they are doing, lol
